唔覺意發現有食家寫有間新開嘅法式薄餅店.........見佢寫到好似以前喺士丹頓街賣嗰款crepe咁,所以好快手搵咗友人1齊喺apr 21, 10,2人嚟lunch,叫咗 :
1) dry cider/ cup size (hk$45)
-店員介紹有款cider喺法國入口,所以我哋就決定試1杯dry cider,酒精含量~4.5%

-有點蘋果味,無1般嘅cider咁甜,但又唔會太過乾喉

-因為全個menu都喺充斥住好多crepe嘅種類,有鹹,有甜,有特式嘅(有海的,有地上之細分),所以都喺叫番店員介紹吓
-佢第1句就問我哋喜歡海鮮定芝士.........我哋都喺覺得芝士好d.........店員再介紹有點特式嘅幾款芝士類薄餅.........有2款嘅芝士味都會強d.........友人揀咗呢個比較溫和嘅芝士........gd choice,之後再揀埋要磨菇
-呢個賣相(有隻生蛋喺中間)已令我好懷念
-以前我食到咁深色,以為+咗香料粉/煎燶咗。最近先知道喺用上buckwheat麵粉
-菜新鮮因喺脆的,而磨菇碎暖暖的,都好有磨菇味
-薄薄的crepe,薄餅邊位就會有點脆
-芝士喺溶溶哋的,火腿唔喺死鹹
-整體+埋嘅味道好多方面化,所以好豐富
3) le defi (hk$65)

-我1路以嚟都喺識crepe suzette,但經店員介紹,佢話呢款喺brittany嚟講比較傳統的
-所以我放棄咗crepe suzette........1次咁多啦........order咗呢個見識吓
-呢個薄餅嘅色澤無鹹味的咁深,莫非用上不同的麵粉?.........ans is yes,事後見食友寫甜crepe用小麥粉做
-焦糖正如店員所講唔會好"杰"身,封喉,有焦香,甜度適中,也不是美式焦糖咁甜
-焦糖雪糕都好味,唔記得佢講雪糕喺自家製定買番嚟

-其實食完2個crepes之後,都唔喺太飽架咋............仲有位置可以食多1/2件呢~~~hehe後記
2) 店內餐具.........以配合燈塔為主題..........haha,不過令我諗起前排上映嘅不赦島........hahaha
3) 另外佢有間branch喺上海架.............不過我肯定我1定會再嚟試吓其他特式嘅crepe

may 22, 10,約埋食友,4人嚟lunch,叫咗 :1) sweet cider/ cup size x 4 (@hk$45)
-嚟到時,食友們已各自飲緊杯sweet cider
-上次飲過dry,今次試埋個sweet (酒精度輕d)
-sweet對我嚟講,更對自己口味,可能平時香港飲到嘅cider都喺帶甜,所以習慣了帶甜意嘅cider

-食友有興趣試吓呢個小食,當然無問題啦

-裡面嘅雞肉碎略為調味,所以味道上唔會好突出,有小小紅椒碎,幸好只喺得好輕微嘅辣意啫
-無食過類近嘅小食,所以試1次無妨,但無嘜動力要去食第2次

-個皮邊位也是煎到帶小脆身(因為薄,而且邊位又無醬汁滲到去
-個薯仔好粉綿,混埋芝士1/2溶醬同食,好夾味
-今次裡面嘅bacon無食友上次食到的咁鹹,佢喺呢個crepe鹹味嘅靈魂
5) la broceliande (hk$92)
-french goat cheese, croutine, salad, walnut
-大家就諗到未試過有goat cheese嘅口味
-問過croutine喺芝士嘅1種後,咁就揀咗呢個喇
-見到食友嘅編輯推介食評,先知道喺面層右上角嘅圓餅形芝士就喺croutine
-佢就好似平時嘅羊奶芝士咁有些少實,就算煎過,但都唔會溶埋1齊
-個人反而覺得薄餅內嘅羊奶芝士更為討好,佢無咁乾實,creamy好多,而且味道有點citrus味,不知是否處理過,所以好易入口,無1貫goat cheese比人濃"so"味嘅問題
-因為呢個薄餅材料上比較齋,無咩食材提起個鹹味,所以味道比較清淡,味道層次感不高
6) la route du rhum (hk$78)
-coffee ice cream, pineapple, raisin, flambee rum

-食友揀咗呢個有雪糕跟嘅甜crepe來balance番之後嘅選擇
-相中嘅藍光就喺火在燃燒
-食友代為處理晒d提子乾後,分來1part clean version比我
-裡面包住菠蘿片
-覺得味道夾埋1齊只喺普通配,無嘜性格可言
7) le krampouz

-3個甜crepe嚟講比較好的1個,因為個焦糖的確搶咗唔少分
-佢有焦糖嘅香,但甜度並不死甜,又帶點微微嘅牛油鹹味,所以味道上有點花樣
8) la crepe suzette (hk$78)
-orange marmelade, sugar, lemon juice, flambee cointreau
-又是1催再催下先嚟到
-可能當補償番我哋久等,所以著咗火嘅酒淋得特別多,不過就喺咁,個crepe就變得太多酒精殘留喺度
-但最大問題喺裡面用上橙jam,oh,真喺令人失望同失色.......
-橙味濃度好低喺因為佢嘅crepe suzette無喺橙酒同橙汁煮過,只喺當佢喺乾身crepe咁做
-同理想嘅crepe suzette差之1000里
後記
1) 今次去到好多人............但最大問題喺上菜超慢,要等好耐..........要3催4請..........所以無諗過食crepe嘅呢餐,食咗成2個鐘有多..............其1食友因為趕時間,所以就同甜crepe無緣喇........幸好,今次嘅甜crepe,miss咗都唔覺可惜............不過店方真喺要好好考量增+整crepe嘅生產線.........現在明顯處理唔到咁多order,所以出現食客苦等嘅情況,香港人唔同法國人,我哋跟本無咁嘅耐性同生活態度
2) 而且蚊滋仔問題嚴重...........不停有1-2隻喺我哋杯邊纏擾............到最後都無耐性再撥開佢哋,所以有幾隻就喺食友杯cider內淹死,hahaha
3) 話雖如此,但我會再來,因仲有d interesting items想試埋佢~~~
D餐具好似吸引過D crepe
回覆刪除Seems like you really like eating crepes. I was thinking to make chocolate crepe and crepe suzette sometime.
