- ingredients is highly flexible (usually depends on whatever available in your fridge)

- my parents used to do a stir fried rice noodles (little prawns, bbq pork, pickled veggie) which is my favorite

kinda motivation to do more exercises in the form of walking, running, cycling etc...........you can manual post the finished miles into the apps or connect to a fitness apps (mapped/ accepted fitness apps : starva, fitbit, google fit, garmin, runkeeper, underarmour connected fitness, adidas running) and auto sync the distance every midnight to conqueror apps

- purpose to maximize utilizing oven while i am busy with the hob (coz i am a very slooooow cook😆)

- indeed more straight forward/ sensible way is stir fry if your hob/ stove has capacity

morris dance 2023
