竹蔗茅根水

nov 18, 13...............煲咗竹蔗茅根水............因為近來很乾燥.........塊面緊繃繃的...........雖然我唔喺第1次飲............但就喺第1次煲............問吓街巿檔主先 (我都唔好意思話比人聽我唔識煲.......)

材料 (2人)
-甘蔗5條 (其實3條都得..........可能佢以為我個煲好大個)
-茅根2紥
-紅蘿蔔1/4個
-馬蹄4粒
-栗米 (optional..........今次我無+)


steps
(1) 洗淨甘蔗........切細........檔主教切片煲最出味 (我初時諗1 look look短的煲就算).........好彩佢幫埋切片咋
(2) 將其他材料洗淨........切細........備用
(3) 當水滾後..............落晒全部材料..............先大火煲1/3 hr
(4) 之後改用細火煲多~1/2 hr
(5) 完成!

    2. There is dried 茅根 and we get get fresh 竹蔗. However, I have lots of sweet stuff, like persimon recently and gain so much weight. I'll need to drink this soup some time.
