oct 10, 15 (sat)............多謝店方邀請...........我同友人2個嚟..............共試咗 :

1) 養生8寶茶 x 2 (@hk$40)
-有好多材料, 因為有圓肉...........所以呢個茶喺帶微甜嘅
-呢個茶據講喺清潤功能

2) mix vodka - coconut & pineapple x 2 (@hk$40)
-carbonated alcoholic cocktail 5% vol
-"this is a cocktail of an exotic taste of coconuts and pineapple"
-酒味唔喺好重.........有為有椰子菠蘿呢d果味幫佢掩飾..........好易會飲多咗

3) 北京填鴨薄餅 (hk$68)
-"served the traditional way, wrapped with strips of leek, cucumber and hoisin sauce"
-chef推介要試呢個signature
-拎上手暖熱.........鴨肉有溫和禽味,厚肉,juicy,ok tender..........帶甜調味,唔重手..........配合青瓜絲同海鮮醬
-好滋味
-gd start

4) 桂花茶燻鴨配新疆呱蜜瓜沙律 (hk$98)
-因為我like smoke.........所以叫有呢個沙律
-佢嘅燻味都出,不錯...........但我覺得可以最濃1d
-greens喺新鮮.......
-但喺個dressing食唔到有嘜味...........又唔酸,又唔甜...........只喺令個沙律濕咗..........誤以為個沙律出水

5) 惹味5香鹽酥鴨 (hk$88)
-為免浪費............要求咗1/2 portion
-"tossed in sichuan pepper and cumin seasoning"
-隻鴨油咗少少
-調味可以重手d...........因唔多食到川椒味同cumin味

6) 慢煮野菌燴鴨 (hk$138)
-"with wild yunnan mushrooms"
-個菌好入味
-鴨肉唔"鞋"..........但可以更嫩

7) 南北蔥煙鴨肉撈麵 (hk$98)
-"finished with confit chinese leek & fresh spring onion"
-最後試埋呢個撈麵
-我嘅口味喺小濃味.........我1定要+個醬油
-友人嘅口味比較清淡...........佢可以唔洗+
-又或者+鴨油............咁個撈麵嘅鴨味會強d...........又會香d

8) 孫悟空紅啤 (hk$80)
-"beautiful heart of caramel with hints of peaches from the heavenly garden"
-本土製作by moonzen
-近期craft beer喺我嘅大愛,所以見到都想試............如果我早d發現............就會叫少1支alcoholic cocktail
-呢個sell hops味.............所以甘苦味會出少少
-但略嫌個味道layer比較少

9) 杞子酒糟燉天津梨 (hk$68)
-呢個真喺last dish to end the meal
-幾清潤,甜度唔高
-個梨唔喺燉到淋pat pat.............我幾鍾意

1) 好多謝店方嘅邀請............更多謝佢嘅胸襟容許我編採寫自主...........又唔洗post openrice/其他social media (welcome but not a must)

3) 我鍾意佢哋嘅menu design............好多樣都想試...............呢個喺我其1接受邀請嘅原因...........我知道餐廳為力求完美...........在不斷作出改進
