-先供給無鹽牛油+海鹽
-牛油正常,但就無嘜牛油嘅香味
-麵包起碼有4款,因要保住食力,所以無試晒
-只食友麥片薄脆同扭身包
3) amuse bouche
-有2款唔同嘅amuse bouche,都幾慷慨吓喎
-上層嘅泡沫酸酸哋,而底下綠色的就喺青橄欖sorbet,紅紅哋就喺番茄汁
-創意組合度很高,雖然味道未喺好吸引,可能個人唔鍾意青橄欖啦
-而車厘茄仔酸酸甜甜,中間釀咗些少菜粒,味道清怡,而麵包條就有芝士香,咁我就喜歡呢個多士
4) 友人a 3 courses set lunch (hk$320)
i) smoke scottish salmon
-traditional condiments and potato blinis
-賣相好靚呀,砌到成朵花咁,邊位仲有魚籽醬添
-友人比咗d我試吓
-煙味不是好濃,不過肉質結實
-塊pancake仔就喺用嚟伴住黑魚籽食,因黑魚籽下喺沙律醬,所以味道被沙律醬嘅酸味搶過了
ii) roasted tasmanian lamb saddle "aurora"
-sweet potato, baby carrot, turnips, snails with ginger and cumin tuile
-友人當然又請咗試吓啦
-個羊友人叫咗7成熟,而侍應都話最盡都唔可以超過7成,否則就會"un"
-雖然7成,肉都唔"un",但當然唔喺嫩滑嗰種啦,而且仲好有羊味,食到最後個羊"so"味都不是弱
-而個蕃薯puree就有點薑味,又甜,所以有點似食緊泥糊版嘅蕃薯糖水,hahaha
iii) star aniseed parfait
-pistachio soba, grapefruit, pomelos, angelique batons and rocket salad
-試咗友人少少,不過唔喺咁試得真
iv) petit fours
-有5款,每款嘅水準平均,無食到1樣喺難頂的
-先食個扭繩狀棉花糖,有點草/葉香之類
-之後就喺個餅仔,有點中式嘅酥餅
-啫喱糖就有溫溫嘅玫瑰味
-而個迷仔的骰macaron我就食唔到喺咁味
-最後就喺我最鍾意嘅朱古力片,朱古力味濃,又有點果仁碎,仲有少少爆炸糖元素,食呢個最令我開心,唔知點解每當食到有爆炸糖嘅甜品,心情也會笑呢~~~~

-我就對湯內嘅5粒物體感興趣,問過侍應原來喺煙肉溝麵粉,仲有唔知仲有咩
-有特色

-green beans with red onion, croquette potato, celeriac cream and bearnaise
-呢個喺要+$40-侍應介紹午餐嘅牛扒同晚巿嘅份量1樣咁多
-友人要了6成熟識
-友人切咗d比我試吓,很juicy
iii) homemade ice cream and sorbet
-嗰日有vanilla雪糕,芒果雪葩同raspberry雪葩
-試咗少少,芒果味最出

i) 63 degree eggs
-sauteed girolle mushroom with shallot and sherry vinegar, bellotta ham
-聽到介紹個蛋喺流心嘅,就覺得好吸引
-而個蛋漿好橙色,又黏"杰",呢個嘅配料喺火腿同菇
-類似嘅菜式我喺灣仔嘅cepaxx食過,但個配料就喺truffle條,jelly同脆麵包粒等,味道比呢個豐富好多,所以鍾意cepaxx嘅出品多d
ii) scallop, prawn and shellfish
-roasted with curry peanuts, tomato, coconut & lemongrass prawns bouillon with tomato and ink squid gnocchi
-揀咗個最唔佔"胃"置嘅主菜,就喺食海鮮
-有2隻大蝦,3粒帶子同底下嘅gnocchi
-隻蝦有鮮味,但唔喺好濃嗰隻,而肉質唔喺勁爽口,小爽口啦
-而帶子好有質素,又煎得好好,大火煎咗2面,中間只喺緊熟,但就鮮味無窮
-初時唔記得咗有gnocchi,但就見到1粒粒又黑,又橙嘅物體,但試咗1粒黑色之後,好有薯仔味喎,喺好有嗰隻,咬口就無喇,但就軟軟腍腍,有些少彈,雖然唔同顏色,但我只喺食到同1種嘅薯仔味
-經理嚟收碟時,我就忍唔住要問吓喺咩嚟............我讚好有薯味,佢仲可以話比我聽喺2份薯仔溝1份粉出嚟嘅gnocchi,真喺連食材嘅份量都好清楚喎............勁~~~
-呢個gnocchi喺我食過唔同嘅gnocchi當中最有薯仔味,好讚~~~
-車厘茄,微酸中有份明顯嘅甜美
iii) almonds pannacotta
-fresh figs slices seasoned with blackcurrant jus and caramelized almonds
-頂頭黃色嘅糖絲好刺口,所以食咗1啖之後,就放棄了
-個奶凍好有杏仁味,唔喺假杏仁味,而且用魚膠粉嘅份量無over到,膠性唔重
-圍住嘅新鮮無花果因淋咗果醬,所以只食到甜味
-整碟很有杏仁味

-roasted duck breast with cumin, pan fried foie gras, pistachio, polenta with piquillos and lin chi mushroom; crispy colombo
-特別問侍應散叫嘅signature喺咩,揀咗其中佢講過嘅鴨啦
-但鴨肉帶"un",相信煎老咗
-而鵝肝嘅肝味喺有,但就1d都唔嫩滑,又相信喺煎老咗

2) 見到咁靚嘅環境.........自己好自然將手機轉去震機mode...........呢盞鹿角燈就令我諗起最近齣killers有幕講女殺手被類似嘅鹿角燈掃埋去,插死咗.........sorry,講埋d咁嘅嘢,大殺風景添~~~~
3) 很有水準嘅1餐,只喺散叫嗰道失色啫
4) 嗰日serve我哋嘅男侍應好坦白,好老實............因為佢哋有3個menu.........其中1個太貴,唔會考慮............剩下2個,我當然心大心細啦..........問吓侍應嘅意見,佢好老實同我哋講tasting menu花款喺多,但味道按客人嘅feedback,就唔喺真喺好好...........所以佢建議我哋正正經經喺set lunch度叫............仲講埋set lunch嘅推介比我哋知
當侍應知道我哋煩緊要叫a la carte,又擔心食唔晒時..........佢就建議我哋先叫3個2 courses,食晒之後覺得仲可以食甜品,就會幫我哋upgrade番去3 courses
5) 結賬時..........發生了1個小插曲..........我哋發現張單嘅銀碼同細數breakdown不乎........大數多咗$40..........我哋覺得咁高級嘅餐廳無理由有呢個系統問題.........叫來經理了解..........最後經理致謙可能喺系統問題bill多咗$40..........之後void咗張單,重新出過1張少$40嘅新單............友人們同我走咗之後,都覺得不能接受呢方面嘅錯失..........我就好奇怪點解佢嘅系統咁渣..........後來諗諗吓..........佢無bill錯,因個牛扒喺要+$40..........不過張單嘅print out又失策地show唔到..........而侍應/經理又未能指出我哋叫嘅牛扒喺要貴d..........以致有呢個誤會~~~~攪到我哋反而呃咗餐廳$40,haha.......so sorry~~~

2) 之後向1/2島方向行..........入咗1881之後......就再上扶手電梯去到主樓建築........裡面就喺
