-先來呢個bordier butter...............有點smoke同鹹味
-通常好高級嘅餐廳 eg amber 就會serve bordier butter
-軟度剛好...........油份中食到light smoke味同鹹味............不錯
-配以baguette

-有3款................pumpkin espuma; fresh truffle puff with mascarpone + ? blue cheese; deep fried ravioli內有waygu beef
-最鍾意個espuma............佢又唔喺真喺foam.............喺較light mousse質地..............light, creamy............rich pumpkin taste
appetizer - sumi ika
-japanese squid with uni mousse and spring onion cream
-用咗鹿兒島嘅墨魚..............pan seared, seasoned with spicy herbs
-有北海道嘅海膽mousse, onion cream, orange reduction
-presentation好靚...............不過味道無presentation咁好..............squid唔多覺得甜............其他味道唔會搶.............所以整體味道只喺中規中矩..............平庸咗d

-反而友人呢個有櫻花蝦.............味道來得惹味d...........barley有點咬口............有texture
-配埋個gimmick foam

-pan fried blue lobster with tomato confit and lemongrass flavor

-呢個喺法國龍蝦.................肉tender,有鮮味
-跟seasonal veggie...........個龍蝦bisque都喺鹹咗d..........我都唔洗點蘸佢
main - wagyu bavette
-wagyu skirt steak with shallot puree and mustard

-個和牛扒topped with fried shallot, mustard............仲有endive, beef sauce with raisin, confit garlic

-個main我都喺like友人呢個.............今餐全部隔離飯香
-牛輕輕趙幾吓就得..........無overcook...........嫩
-我第1次咁樣食garlic..........confit之後.............蒜味喺有...........無辛味...........不過之後要食香口膠除口氣

2) 呢度嘅presentation好精緻...............味道無1樣難食.............有幾味都好.............比起剛去過嘅福岡georges marceau (法國菜).........咁就呢間好d
3) 初時我見到個4 course價$$$$覺得貴...............之後再compare amber宜家嘅weekday lunch...........已到hk$1k了
4) 最後間餐廳有d冒失.............竟然charge多我1個人嘅$$$$$............離開咗...........1路行1路諗番..............無理由張單咁貴格.............攞番出嚟睇時............見到qty喺3............要行番去void咗張單..............再簽過
