1) bread (免費)
-個flat bread有點紙皮feel
-最突出喺個caramelized butter...............好軟滑,有caramelized咗嘅味道,微甜...............味道好特別..............好generous咁不停refill

2) lingonberry macaron x 2 (@hk$55)

3) swedish sushi x 2 (@hk$75)
-crispy white moss, fallow deer, ceps mayonnaise & frozen foie gras

4) french toast (hk$125)

5) pan fried hokkaido scallop (hk$205)
-burnt bread pudding, beurre noisette, cauliflower x 4, crispy bread & hay ash

6) cod janssons (hk$230)

7) white asparagus (hk$175)
-with fermented gooseberry sauce, split peas, morels & pine nut
-個白露筍好甜,有質素

8) veloute (hk$120)
-yellow onion, liquorie & roasted almonds
-呢碗喺1/2 portion............我哋2人share
-cream味太重,唔多覺有洋蔥味.....................似飲緊light cream soup

9) tartar of swedish dairy cow (hk$195)
-dry aged for 100 days, smoked eel, herring caviar, chives & scallion oil

10) roasted swedish pork belly (hk$195)
-carrot hot sauce, pumpkin & dried kale with roasted garlic
-個肥豬腩喺得嘅...............皮脆,肉鬆,肥肉相間
-但配個甜tone嘅南瓜sauce/ puree.....................我覺得唔多夾

11) smoked ice cream (hk$105)
-toasted nuts, tar syrup & salted fudge with cloves

12) swedish blueberry ice cream (hk$105)
-pastry, cream with ginger, caramelized honey & almond sponge cake

1) 店內環境

2) 憑住chef bjorn frantzen同jim lodfahl嘅名氣..................呢度好full.................起碼要3 weeks前訂................嗰晚本來應坐對街嘅單邊high chair table.................去到安排我哋坐chef枱high chair

3) sorry,因為隔得太耐先寫...............未能記到每道菜嘅details (我連張table menu都唔見埋)..............my apology..............只可以overall comment...............佢嘅調味喺幾重手..............我同食友會覺得鹹咗d..............濃味咗d.............以chef嘅份量...............我expect嘅seasoning喺just rite (最難balance level)

每道菜唔會難食.............但無1樣impressive/ wow..............以咁嘅價$$$$...............喺唔多合格
