睇tabelog見到呢間rating唔錯..............所以揀嚟今晚dinner.............坐~12 mins的士嚟 (1,470 yen).................叫咗 :

-味道正路...............最型喺把牛油刀
-伴以牛油同olive oil
2) organic ginger ale x 2 (@950 yen)
4) menu c x 3 (@10,300 yen)
-因為waiter嘅英文麻麻哋 (好重accent).................所以我哋都唔喺10分明...............不過睇埋menu嘅漢字會明多d..........當然每道菜上時嘅解釋.............明得更少
-2個amuse bouche : bacon cheese creme brulee (有bacon味嘅creme brulee好特意,鹹諴哋幾好味), deep fried fish (有魚味)
-appetizer : jelly base, asparagus, shrimp (產自唐津), sea urchin, abalone, tomato, cavier...........味道ok,食材都新鮮
-grouper, veggie, bamboo shot...........但我呢碟魚微微差些少先熟.........中間部份有點1/2透明............d肉仲可以叉得開
-lemon + spearmint sorbet...........幾refreshing...........甜味不重
-佢嘅牛話喺熊本縣嘅和牛 (tenderloin),用上備長炭嚟燒...........牛味輕呢個明白............但炭燒味唔覺就有點below expectation...........個sauce都偏甜咗
-petit fours
-2位食友話太飽...........所以放棄咗個drink..........我叫咗tea + milk
