-頭盤是1道牛肉卷,以風乾牛肉包住粗大嘅露筍,鴉枝竹同羊奶芝士,牛肉肉質軟身,而味道側有少少比羊奶芝士嘅so味搶咗
-paired with pinot grigio DOC 2011 (italy)........這杯白杯很易入口,不太酸,又唔搶喉
3) 地中海快燒生吞拿魚柳伴火箭菜車厘茄沙律 (hk$138)
-頭盤是1道牛肉卷,以風乾牛肉包住粗大嘅露筍,鴉枝竹同羊奶芝士,牛肉肉質軟身,而味道側有少少比羊奶芝士嘅so味搶咗
-paired with pinot grigio DOC 2011 (italy)........這杯白杯很易入口,不太酸,又唔搶喉

-欣賞這道沙律嘅吞拿魚沒被overcook..........雖然有食友覺得生咗少少.........我都覺得掌握佢嘅生熟度喺有點難........稍稍overcook少少就會好明顯.......外表會變得粗鞋.........呢個外表小挺.......不乾.......裡面保持很軟熟,juicy

-這個飯就每人1碟.......個汁"杰"身,但很鮮味.....食到有不少甲殼動物煮成.....難得個飯都煮到明顯al dente,又索埋個汁個鮮味
