-野生"瓜子菜" (份量由檔主幫我決定)

材料 (1人)
-豬肉(多少隨意)
-野生"瓜子菜" (份量由檔主幫我決定)
(1) 先將豬肉飛水
(2) 洗淨瓜子菜
(3) 當水滾後..............落晒全部材料..............先大火煲1/2 hr
(4) 之後改用細火煲多~1 hr
(5) 完成!
味道其實有點似溫順咗嘅野葛菜水咁.............所以較宜入口.............因我頂唔順野葛菜水陣味,飲唔到...........當然飲1次1/2次喺唔會體驗到其功效啦............不過叫做食過咁解啫
個湯碗咁大,睇落好似揾三而粒排骨去煲咁,有啲寒酸喎。😆
