oct 23, 09, 2人來 lunch,叫咗2個3 courses (@hk$128) :

1) bread (免費)

-普通因個飽都唔暖熱

2) starter

i) caesar w/coddled egg, crispy pancetta, white anchovy & parmesan 

-罕有見到凱撒沙律有銀魚柳和1/2生熟蛋

-菜很脆,很新鮮,有煙肉碎,parmesan cheese,麵包粒

-弄破隻蛋,流晒蛋汁1齊食,味道也不錯

ii) smoked salmon w/julienne carrot, cucumber, baby spinach, dill & thousand island dressing 

-配搭好特別,煙3文魚嘅底下就喺紅蘿蔔片,菜絲等,做成層

3) main

i) pan fried chicken wrapped mozzarella cheese w/potato puree & seasonal vegetables

-連住有薄薄的雞皮,裡面就喺溶晒嘅mozarella cheese

-雞肉都可以嫩滑

-底下有少少薯蓉,個汁就小甜的

-整體味道不俗

ii) penne w/spinach & cream sauce

-長通粉可以煮硬d

-個汁都幾明顯嘅淡忌廉味,但就比較"希"咗少少

4) dessert

i) dessert of the day - lemon tart

-表面全件有burn過

-但個餅底太腍/軟
-友人就略嫌酸度重咗d

ii) valrhona chocolate mousse w/almond biscotti

-valrhona嘅朱古力mousse

-朱古力味濃

-但都杏仁餅好實,友人話佢嘅style喺咁架

5) drink

i) hot coffee

-無問到友人嘅意見

ii) hot lemon water

-正常

點樣去???

2) 去到戲院呢個街口..............轉左
