1) handmade ricotta spinach ravioli lunch set (hk$110)
-包咗個雜菇湯同意式番茄香草烤多士
-睇個湯嘅稀"杰"度...........應該喺自己煮...........因為喺幾薄身............但濃郁菇鮮味..........味道不錯
-個番茄喺用咗cherry tomato............用olive oil撈過............有天然嘅甜味
-2樣嘢嘅味道都好踏實,無花巧
-但個ravioli上枱時..............我呆咗1呆...........賣相差咗d喎...........1x塊ravioli好似炒河咁兜亂上..........1pat嘢咁.........顏色可以鮮明d............+番棵parsley可能有改善
-個pasta texture喺有點韌性...........唔喺1 pat淋嘢...............喺gd..........餡都多.............唯獨seasoning喺欠缺咗d嘢...........唔夠豐富,宜家只食到鹹同酸味..........少咗點甜意.............如果想有點character..........可考慮+herbs
-ravioli嘅份量太多.............起碼有12塊............1塊又唔喺細............2大啖/1塊............我要break 1 break先可以食得晒
-食完店方好客氣有問我意見.............我有話直說............當然我講唔出seasoning欠咗d咩.............事後我諗起灣仔嘅stone nulxxx tavern食過meat ball個tomato sauce............好好味
2) homemade tiramisu (+$25)
-知道佢個tiramisu出名............問咗佢個tiramisu size唔大...............所以叫埋
-mascarpone...........lady finger..........soak coffee濕度 (見唔到excess coffee水)...............balance得好
後記
1) 嗰日店方仲喺試業階段.............見到佢哋喺有心煮出食材嘅原味..........希望可以喺調味同賣相上努力~~~~
