-呢個醃得好入味,又帶脆,大家都鍾意
2) 椒鹽9肚魚 (hk$118)
-呢嗰葉樹堃有勁讚,所以要跟,雖然我好怕食幼骨魚,就算d人話9肚d骨咁幼............喺食埋架............但我通常都喺覺得"參"口...........吞唔落喎............要lur番出嚟
-佢炸功得,粉唔厚,外乾身,小挺脆,裡面滑,完全唔覺得有幼骨
3) 杏汁花膠燉豬肺-中 (hk$560)
-好足料,好多雞腳,瘦肉同紅棗
-所以幾甜
-最後暖男侍應收咗碟湯渣後,隔咗好1陣...........仲"秘"到近1碗出嚟,眾人無諗過會咁幫個客做到咁足.................我食過咁多餐飯............未遇過咁有熱誠嘅好員工~~~~

-食友努力挖緊蟹蓋d膏時.............企喺後面嘅暖男侍應好醒目.............問食友要唔要鐵匙羮..............拿來的喺2隻唔同size嘅鐵匙羮比食友揀.............我真喺呆咗.........比我就會用心心眼望住暖男...............hahaha

-話雖如此..............好嘅生炒骨...............真喺可遇不可求............以前食過得嘅.............宜家都唔知仲得唔得
-做到掛醬................1咬個骨真喺明顯外挺脆............個薄crust鬆化............裡面嘅肉都juicy, 鬆..............個醬嘅甜酸味又調得合適
-我好多年都無食過咁嘅level嘅生炒骨...............當晚呢個好有水準...........埋單時,經理話要用新鮮豬肉

-煎到d顏色同表面都幾靚
-雞肉嫩滑...............調味小惹味

1) 呢度好細...........連個大堂lobby位都無.............但無損其客似雲來..............1個普通嘅mon晚都爆成咁............點可以唔早d book呀!
2) 我覺得都有點師傅,因回家後有少少口渴,唔嚴重.........調查埋當晚食友.........有d無口渴現象,有個都同我1樣
3) 可惜佢lunch time無點心食...........都喺食番呢d小菜............但會有d午餐特價小炒
