1) sabi sabi (hk$65)
-green apple puree, wasabi, lemongrass syrup, elderflower cordial, lime juice ginger beer
-我呢d煩膠..............緊喺揀有character嘅呢杯啦
-但佢嘅wasabi落得重手咗.............我諗住只喺溫和wasabi帶出個獨突性..........但都少"刺"..............所以需要再+冰比我.............好少少咁啦
-都飲到其他嘅味道.............但1定比wasabi味搶咗...........好wasabi嘅朋友............1定鍾意呢杯

-唔熱..........質素大路

-pat truffle mushroom puree份量喺多.............但菇鮮味薄弱.........調味輕手...........入口味道有點flat...........為責任都要食咗自己嘅portion

-呢個湯喺滑............但味道直頭喺bland............seasoning太輕手.................鹹味要依賴自旁邊嘅火腿條.............我直頭當佢喺白粥油炸鬼咁食.............將火腿條meet成小段...........撒喺湯面咁食
-喺個炸薯絲好些少
-sorry............我飲唔晒個湯..........我盡咗力啦!
-mantis prawn : poached mantis prawn, parmesan risotto with chorizo
-呢個喺waiter介紹過其1 signature
-佢嘅瀨尿蝦都算大隻............肉質結實.............有少少鮮味
-個risotto都有少少韌性
-全晚最正路.............但同wow1聲嘅水準距離甚遠~~~~
-cassis plum : cassis bombe, elderflower yoghurt foam, choya granita, yuzu pearls
-呢個喺餐廳嘅signature
-不過我唔識欣賞..............佢好有結構...........但我就喺覺得呢幾隻味唔夾.............i dun enjoy it

-chicken consomme : and masaia jelly
-我試咗1啖............飲完之後我唔識形容.............我同食友講 "你自己試吓"
-食友飲完.............都話"無嘢好講"
-雞consomme............飲唔到1/2點雞味...........食友話個菇味出過雞味
-而且consomme理應喺clear.............但呢個比較濁
-佢2個湯都做得唔好
-duck breast : foie gras tuile, crispy duck breast and mochi mugi
-食友請我食咗小件鴨胸同少少barley............barley喺有點口感嘅..............但個sauce喺海鮮醬味base.............所以食友1口咬定呢個dish 1定喺inspired by peking duck!
-食友comment話個汁鹹...........食咗幾啖..........退番比佢
-店方急忙sorry.........再煮過1碟..........不過聽食友講個鴨胸喺頭先嗰件...........唔喺重新100%煮過
-第2碟無落到sauce.............分開上,等食友自己+..............不過食友都喺覺得鹹
-gai daan zai : brown butter stout ice cream, salted egg, orange
-我相信我哋之前聞到嘅蛋香味喺嚟自呢個雞蛋仔...........不過見到presentation搞咗咁多嘢............雞蛋仔入口已喺室溫............所以我食唔到嗰份蛋香...........個crust又唔挺脆
-我喺食到d橙香...........同有爆炸糖元素
-then nothing more............a very ordinary dessert, not a single point impressive

-有4款flavor嘅朱古力 : salted egg, caramel, whisky............有1隻味唔記得咗
-估唔到呢4粒朱古力喺全晚較為interesting............味道叫似樣d嘅嘢.............死唔死?!

2) 我每次plan得嘅飯局...............都會做過功課..............所以lai嘢機會低............至多喺普普通通..............今餐每個dish嘅presentation都幾好..............但衰在喺難食.............1來新開............搵到嘅食記record唔多...........d人主力嚟食甜品.............但我覺得佢嘅甜品都唔多得
3) 憑出品睇.............似乎janice wong無喺呢度座陣..............慕名而來............食灰而走
4) 呢間喺我提意嚟試...............所以食友話"100% from left to right, top to bottom"都喺我嘅錯...............hahahaha...........佢又唔諗吓邊條粉皮話要嚟試佢嘅dinner............."try our luck...........u dun try u dun know!!"
