材料 (2人)
-2種番茄 or more (我買咗肉茄+細茄 [其實2個細茄都夠]..........出嚟嘅酸度會豐富d)
-蛋2隻
steps
(1) 洗乾淨d番茄
(2) 將番茄切細備用
(3) 煲滾少少水
(4) 放番茄落去煮............直至成個番茄湯咁............+鹽+糖...........調到啱口味
(5) 先將d番茄肉,蓉,皮,多餘嘅湯汁撈起...........煲內留番少少番茄湯就得喇
(6) 打蛋........+少少鹽 (optional +d奶)
(7) 當番茄湯滾起後...........倒蛋漿落去
(8) 煮幾煮
(9) 完成!
下次改善位
-個番茄汁多咗少少..........下次要再放少d水...........原來1路煮.......會越來越多汁
-d蛋都仍然有少少老..........下次可能要試吓.............去到咁上下要轉最細火
**其實我handle唔到炒蛋呀,煎蛋呀.............因為我無易潔鑊............而且我煮飯落油好緊手...........所以先諗到呢個唔洗用油嘅方法..........而且蛋中有茄.........茄中有蛋...........2樣材料可以互有交流~~~唔會好似搭枱咁~~~~~

我都好鐘意食蕃茄蛋,但未試過呢個煮法喎
