oct 26, nov 22 & 26, 13.......共嚟咗3次..........總共食咗 :

1) san pellegrino limonata (hk$25)
-sparkling lemon
-微酸少甜,ok的

2) homemade lemon ginger (hk$45)
-沒有試到

3) po's morning (hk$65)
-selection of fresh bread/ danish/ sweet butter/ housemade jam
-麵包就喺由佢旁邊嘅po's atelier提供
-共有6款咁多
-我認識的有baugette,danish,rye bread
-homemade嘅jam甜甜哋
-鍾意塊rye bread,很香
-整體ok的

4) bagel (hk$90)
-house cured salmon/ mixed greens/ dill cream cheese
-見到人哋叫嘅belt賣相好靚...........點知咁早就sold out........所以揀呢個啦
-自家醃嘅3文魚比較紅...........喺fb page見到佢嘅張醃3文魚嘅相..........唔知喺用嘜咁紅
-3文魚份量都ok多.........油潤有光澤........連埋番茄,青瓜同醬食...........味道正路........ok的

5) spiced apple tart (hk$75)
-granny smith/ cinnamon sugar/ vanilla ice cream
-聽人講呢個名物好易無貨........所以即刻叫埋
-賣相好靚.......原個切片蘋果砌番個形.........藏於pastry內
-pastry無我想像中咁crispy.......玉桂味溫和.......唔過甜........幸好蘋果肉沒有腍晒
-對我嚟講........我鍾意球vanilla雪糕多d~~~

6) san pellegrino aranciata rossa (hk$25)
-sparkling blood orange
-味道少甜帶輕輕好似grapefruit嘅澀味

7) b.e.l.t (hk$95)
-a.o.p/ crispy bacon/ sunny side egg/ honey mustard dressing
-當行緊去cafe時............突然變得超肚餓...........有d手軟添
-我1個人揀咗坐bar枱..........諗住1煮好就可以直接送比我食.........我只想快d有得食咋..........i m super starving!!!
-如要1口咬落去食有點難度........因為sunny egg嘅蛋漿會流到周圍都喺.........所以先meet個top嚟食.......應酬吓個胃先.......個包很暖熱.......外表薄,小crispy..........麵包好鬆軟.........內塗上嘅honey mustard dressing都好討好
-之後唯有duk穿個蛋黃........再1口咬落去..........見有食家寫佢嘅煙肉硬挺.........要用點牙力去咬..........初時我都擔心煙肉會否好痴纏,要死扯先甩.........好彩..........今次有水準........清脆俐落........1咬就break.......絶無1/2點苟且..........如果唔喺都會食得幾lei hea
-d菜相信有撈過醋類dressing........番茄juicy........我再"批蕩"番碟上嘅蛋汁上個包同食.........味道好豐富及多層次..........好滋味呀~~~~好幫到1個當時好似飢民嘅我..........XDD
-杯細細嘅yogurt很滑.......酸度,"杰"度剛好..........+入新鮮提子..........都好食
-this 1 is awesome

8) terrine du chocolat noir (hk$85)
-blood orange sorbet/ citrus fruits/ caramel/ pistachio
-因為無得食我本來嘅target - banana bostock (coz sold out..........g!)
-所以點都要叫個甜品食吓先忿氣 (有時我都覺得自己幾變態架......XDD)
-個sorbet都幾大球吓........酸酸甜甜,有d西柚味嘅影子.........不過中心壓得太實.........有成舊碎冰球........所以我唔多enjoy呢球sorbet
-我好快手咁拎開球sorbet........食咗佢先.........免得d sorbet水會浸住塊朱古力mousse
-反而個朱古力mousse好唔錯...........因為好濃好rich又滑........個density都高
-面撒上開心果碎........很nutty又鬆脆
-個人覺得用sorbet質地咁薄.........配個咁rich咁dense嘅朱古力唔多合適.........多方面contrast太大.......又擦唔出火花.........或者用番最穩陣嘅雪糕啱d..........or轉用d meringue碎唔知又會唔會好d~~~~

9) banana bostock (hk$40)
-a.o.p brioche/ caramel sauce/ almond slice
-呢個就喺我第3次嚟嘅single target........上次我太大意............錯失咗banana bostock
-其實對menu上個湯都有興趣...........但為咗下1場...........還是留肚吧
-bostock呢款pastry喺香港並唔common........暫時只聽過呢度有得食........最近去新+坡就食過1次plain的bostock.........沒有香蕉
-bostock嘅資料..........喺呢個website (http://www.thekitchn.com/better-than-french-toast-bosto-128867)搵到..........介紹得唔錯..........syrup-soaked, frangipane-topped, crispy-edged
-嗰日佢哋嘅洗碗碟機壞咗...........所以堂食都只可用外賣盒同木刀叉
-個邊位好鬆脆,少實淨 (因為個皮索過syrup,經焗過後變得硬身,很crunchy crust)........入口好暖熱..........很有牛油香.........中間麵面鬆.......面頭又有杏仁片,caramel sauce.........味道實在又豐富,香氣同質感並重
-再咬入些少.........就會食到熟甜嘅香蕉片
-因為木叉始終唔多夠力..........很花時間cut thru個邊位..........cut得嚟,件bostock都凍晒囉.........於是我索性用手拿起直接食算了........密密咬..........仲好味呀
-這個bostock做得好過新+坡食到的好多好多~~~~~
-好好食..........可惜第1次食到........亦喺最後1次.........因為個menu好似that week就會轉..........只好講相逢恨晚..............唯望佢日後可以強勢回歸~~~~


後記
1) open kitchen

2) 呢度無+1.........不過只收cash

3) 我覺得cafe個名取得好貼切..........."deadend"..........當你去過...........你就會體會到好match

4) 本來可以唔洗嚟第3次..............但喺2nd visit.........食完個belt之後..........諗住抖到3.3先叫banana bostock..........點知未夠3pm就比人叫埋最後嗰件............嗰時幾咁dump心呀..........白白比banana bostock喺我身邊溜走.........所以必須要再嚟~~~

5) 呢度無晚巿...........而且popular item好快無............所以有咩心水.........想食就要叫............否則你嘅target好似時間1樣........time wait for no man~~~~
