nov 27, 13............多謝食友帶埋我1齊嚟試食............共食咗 :

1) chococcino x 3 (@hk$38)
-即喺hot chocolate
-濃郁不希.........從menu上見到用上valrhona牌子.........甜度適中
-雖然mark為men's choice........其實個甜度都啱女仔飲~~~

2) avocado yogurt smoothie (hk$35)
-呢個mark為chef's choice
-喺由牛油果+乳酪mix出嚟嘅沙冰..........我無試到,聽食友講甜度不高...........沙冰細滑

3) 熱有機美顏茶 (hk$30)
-我無試飲
-聽食友講先甘後香

4) green tea panna cotta (hk$49)
-served with cinnamon apple + cream cheese + green tea ice cream
-奶凍很滑,綠茶味溫和
-仲有不少crumble,連埋用玉桂煮過嘅蘋果粒 (帶點爽,不是腍到1pat嘢)..........同cream cheese
-略嫌cream cheese比較羊奶味........有點so

5) sakura strawberry panna cotta (hk$52)
-served with meringue + strawberry ice cream
-其實呢個都唔錯........同樣提供很多味道上嘅層次
-不過櫻花味比較淡d啫

6) deluxe dark chocolate mousse (hk$69)
-served with chocolate cream + oreo ice cream
-呢個真喺好chocolate..........朱古力oreo餅,雪糕,mousse,漿,cream
-啱晒chocoholic~~~

7) lemon cream crepe roll (hk$55)
-served with yogurt sorbet + honeycomb + caramel
-個crepe嘅皮薄,裡面卷住檸檬蛋黃醬
-外面就有球檸檬sorbet同d honeycomb碎, caramel sauce
-好like呢個sorbet..........唔冰感........很幼滑,有點似雪糕.......味道refreshing

8) apple crumble souffle (hk$59)
-served with vanilla ice cream
-很高身嘅souffle.........很鬆.........做得不錯
-原來底下仲有粒粒帶爽嘅蘋果粒添架

9) strawberry waffle (hk$52)
-served with balsamic glazed strawberry + strawberry ice cream
-個waffle都焗得外脆,又鬆.......配以1球士多啤梨雪糕
-除咗有正路嘅maple syrup之外,仲有個黑醋士多啤梨sauce添

10) praline fondant cake (hk$59)
-served with hazelnuts + praline anglaise + coconut ice cream
-中間好流呀
-伴以1個椰子味雪糕.........很清香,不錯

11) baked hot cake (hk$45)
-served with red bean + green tea ice cream
-坊間好少會賣咁厚身嘅hot cake了..........就算有都會擔心自發粉會否過多
-入口很暖熱.........個邊少脆........裡面很濕軟.......都鬆.........丁點苦味都無
-伴以maple syrup, 綠茶雪糕同紅豆荳...........很豐富
-如果牛油香出d更好~~~~

12) crepe suzette (hk$55)
-served with vanilla ice cream + flaming grand marnier
-我很喜歡食crepe suzette......亦唔多餐廳有
-賣相很像樣.........crepe很薄.........有溫溫嘅酒香味
-牛油味可以強點更好

13) caramelized japanese cheese cake (hk$69)
-served with cheese cake foam
-這個甜品好特別
-我自己鍾意個cheese cake foam多d
-個泡沫好輕怡...........入口就躺於舌頭上.........有很溫和嘅芝士味,奶香味

14)  mango napoleon (hk$52)
-served with custard + mango ice cream
-酥皮很鬆脆............cut落去嘅聲音很清脆
-中間嘅custard很creamy.........甜度適中

2) 店內環境...........裝修得好modern, simple同chic...........喺旺角區嚟講好突出
