1) 乾炒牛河 (hk$55)
-上次喺灣仔嘅新xx食過其牛河後,只喺覺得可以啦,但味道未叫好。食友有同我提過呢間嘅牛河好味,所以要嚟1試
-佢唔算大碟,但也不細碟,咁早嚟個early dinner (~6.00pm),初時擔心要打包
-同灣仔新xx1樣,油量唔算少,但2者皆有鑊氣
-但我都覺得呢度嘅牛河稍勝1籌因為佢個河粉平均地夠味,但唔重手;而個牛肉亦較多,味道也無醃得咁重手
-所以全碟比我掃光,滿足
後記
1) 下次要試埋佢嘅肉絲炒麵先~~~~~
一個人食晒???一碟干乾牛河成千幾卡架...
回覆刪除Just seeing u can finish the whole plate; I know that must be good la. I went to this restaurant for wonton last year cos i heard this is famous. Wonton is ok (up to the standard). Personally i also like the wonton in the other restaurant in Jordan Road. Too bad now, some simple cantonese dishes, like fried beef rice noodle and congee, are so difficult to find a good one.
