參觀cologne/ bonn機場
今晚大會為大家安排去參觀機場 (都喺自願參+性質).............要事前比passport資料做登記............但我今次好唔小心無比足passport name..........上車時報到就醒起可能有問題...........好彩開車前............同機場confirm到肯比我入.............所以跟大隊上車.............否則我就要落番車

喺香港想搵好西食,越嚟越難..............所以我轉食cheap嘢.............除非我肯定嗰間貴嘢喺堅有水準~~~~呢度有個tasting menu...........我爭扎咗1陣............最後揀a la carte.............共叫咗 :

-食唔出喺咩肉,原來喺雞肉,調味剛好,肯定唔喺重味先
-dried mousse au chocolat with caramel ganache
-peanut nougatine and salty ice cream
-espuma of montelimar nougat
-pomponette filled with namelaka of dark chocolate and bengal pepper
-佢第1個推介咗個大路d甜品比我,第2個先推呢個
-不過我已意屬呢個.........因為夠interesting - 有甜,有鹹,有辣
-鹹 :塊乾咗嘅朱古力mousse, 有點chewy, but v dark chocolate,d花生nougat好濃牛油花生味,有caramel ganache, 而個雪糕甜中有明顯嘅鹹味,3個演繹中,最like鹹味呢個
-甜:喺杯有果仁嘅密糖foam狀鳥結.........呢個喺好有創意嘅演繹,個foam喺有少少滑潺潺feel.........just a touch of honey.........味道當然無問題啦!
-辣:我唔多食到辣味,喺呢個失色d
-喺橙味lollipop, salty caramel軟糖,tonka棉花糖

-個底喺german cake嚟,除咗片片帶子外,仲有bacon同eel粒
-雖然主角喺帶子,但味道上就比bacon陣味 (mild smoke)dominant咗
-另外海膽 (light cream味)同ravioli (mild goat cheese味)都稱職,只喺無驚喜

-全餐最讚就喺呢個calf loin.........因為隻牛好young,所以唔會有牛味,+上用低溫慢煮咗好多個鐘,sell嘅喺嫩滑,soft嘅肉質
-呢舊肉都好優質,又有點筋膜,全件入口基本上唔洗趙
-調味唔重手,just rite,無蓋到本身嘅肉味
-個wellington garnish都做得好好,個pastry睇到相嘅layers,我都唔洗講咁多............底下喺foie gras, black truffle同mushroom,濃味又惹味.........喺呢個slightly鹹咗少少
