-由叉燒,冰肉同雞肝串住嚟燒
-望上去好油潤
-片肝都尚算甘香,不乾實
-但冰肉略嫌過份軟身,現似是1片軟腍肥膏,但應是爽口為佳
2) 鮮蓮冬瓜盅
-呢個冬瓜盅+再新鮮夜香花
-亦很足料,少有見到會+入燒鴨(很有鴨味),帶子(有鮮味+肉質結實,爽)
-很清甜,又夠味

9) 鮮蝦荷葉飯-望落唔多夠色同,但入口又夠味喎,可能有菇同瑤柱絲啦
-味道不差的,但稍欠荷葉香,而且如果個飯可以微微挺身多d會更好

1) 多謝攪手安排.............原來嗰日喺農曆7月14日...............我哋笑言唔怪上菜速度咁快.............有1枱可以9.30pm就食完 (我哋喺8.30pm先開始第1道菜)
