1) charcoal grilled seasonal shrimps (hk$115)
-有蝦鮮味
2) mantis shrimp popcorn cured duck yolk (hk$175)
-略嫌鹹蛋王獨有嘅鹹香味微薄
-只得外crust,肉嫩..............失咗黃金系列嘅神髓~~~~
3) raw snapper/ fermented chilli/ confit tomato (hk$150)
4) green screen x 4 (@hk$60)
-matcha tea, galangal, lemongrass, lemonade
5) 8wired : the big smoke (hk$85)
-6.2% abv 330ml
-nz and smoked porter, deep and rich, a rockstar of a beer amazing with cured and grilled seafood
-顏色似黑啤............味道幾interesting..............難形容.............好似有d鹹..............味道唔喺平時嘅黑啤............較之易入口好多

-店員話今日馬友當造..............不時不食................尤其海鮮
-好大條...............肉juicy, texture唔算好結實............但1d都唔喺snapper嗰種咁腍
-都幾有魚味
-大家都好like呢條魚
-個類似pesto嘅risotto都好好食.............唯獨飯質可以煙韌d更佳

-牛望落好似好生...............但無嘜點出血
-肉質有texture,要少少趙.............但始終牛味唔出
-伴以超creamy薯蓉.............個濃味牛肉汁內裡有少少牛面珠肉

1) 店內外環境
2) 只接受上website訂枱...............而且無+1..............早過8pm食就會有還枱時間..............都比到2.5 hrs你食,所以都唔趕.................幸好當晚無人接我哋張枱.................所以我哋食咗~3 hrs
3) 我哋6個女子2個墟.................點會唔嘈..............好彩呢度嘅background music唔算細聲..............無突顯到我哋好嘈
4) 嗰晚全部由我發板叫 (除飲品外)............友人們就如同食私房菜咁..........serve到先知我叫咗咩
5) 高興澳門之友都嚟埋..............又問咗佢炭爐格仔餅搬咗去鏡湖醫院附近................仲只有mon - fri先有得賣~~~~
