-牛筋好腍,難得咁肥大都咁入味,............多口問食友,咁腍嘅牛筋是否因為炆嘅時間夠長............原來腍喺多數會先拎去蒸,後炆.............坊間嘅牛筋會大致有2個styles,1個喺帶點爽,1個就喺腍.............膠質很重,因為只喺食完1條,個嘴好似"痴"咗少少膠水咁
-牛腩同樣好腍,肉質很鬆,好入味,亦很有牛味..............同時間4樣要素都齊備談何容易...........但佢的確做得好漂亮,明顯............1d懷疑都無

-入口都很香酒味,但又未至於over,唔會苦
-雞肉嫩滑
-用咗很粗大嘅蘭度,爽口
6) 牛筋腩煲
-很掂的牛筋腩
-牛筋很粗大,牛腩都大大件,唔喺碎濕濕
-牛筋好腍,難得咁肥大都咁入味,............多口問食友,咁腍嘅牛筋是否因為炆嘅時間夠長............原來腍喺多數會先拎去蒸,後炆.............坊間嘅牛筋會大致有2個styles,1個喺帶點爽,1個就喺腍.............膠質很重,因為只喺食完1條,個嘴好似"痴"咗少少膠水咁
-牛腩同樣好腍,肉質很鬆,好入味,亦很有牛味..............同時間4樣要素都齊備談何容易...........但佢的確做得好漂亮,明顯............1d懷疑都無
-幸好份量不少,所以我同其他食友都可以再encore
-呢道色嘅出色度只喺僅次於碟乳豬
7) 蛋黃8寶鴨
-唔講唔知,原來8寶鴨喺夏天菜,必有材料有蛋黃,蓮子,白果同火腿
-通常個獻汁都幾泛濫吓,所以個人唔會10分鍾意食
-轉到去我度時剩下的都喺大大"舊"肉,我就挾咗個肶
-當然好嫩滑啦
-但黃蛋就無晒lu............所以"匹"咗少少薏米,白果同蓮子食,火腿已被切得好碎
-味道很夠,不錯的

後記
1) 好少食店嘅出品喺咁短嘅時間內會咁極端............自己嚟lunch嗰轉,真喺普通到嚇死人..............跟攪手嚟dinner,就可以1鳴驚人..............真的令人摸不著頭腦/精神分裂..............點都好,出嚟食飯,都喺希望食有水準,有驚喜嘅嘢..............友人知道我再去晚飯時個水準差異咁大..............就直斥店方擺明搵"生"客笨/暗盤歧視..........只希望我嗰日嘅lunch只喺個別事件~~~~
I guess it is always the case for the big name restaurants.....like Yung kei....The roasted goose I tried last time was horrible....even worst than a normal bbq restaurants in SF.....cold, thin and not crispy.....But I guess some rich people have different things in the same restuarant.
