1) passion fruit + mango mocktail (hk$68)
-食友揀咗呢個

2) star fruit + pine mocktail x 2 (@hk$68)
-有star fruit + pineapple + lemon等
-楊桃味道都出.............同波蘿味都幾夾...........整體味道都幾濃,唔喺希場貨
-微酸甜甜咁,幾好飲

3) shredded cabbage salad, rau ram, nashi pear, white soy garlic vinaigrette, crispy yuba sheets (hk$78)
-呢個我跟人哋blog嘅介紹
-餐廳自己嘅推介喺青木瓜沙律
-佢嘅梨多汁,微甜............腐皮很脆
-但味道上唔太outstanding
-有機會再嚟,會試佢嘅青木瓜沙律

4) fried spring rolls cha gio, lettuce, fresh herbs, nuoc mam dipping sauce (hk$98)
-佢嘅春卷幾有溫度,外皮脆......佢嘅皮帶點透,唔喺傳統皮,我覺得似紙米卷嘅皮
-佢嘅餡無嘜調味,所以1定要倒d冧碌落去
-連埋香草,生菜包埋食,得

5) mayura wagyu beef tri-tip skewers/ bo lui (hk$148)
-呢個仲得
-相內1碟包咗3串牛,3串豬
-牛喺建議配菠蘿汁 (最左嗰兜)
-首先又夾煎過嘅米粉餅,香草,紅蘿蔔絲 ,汁等包完......再要影埋相......入口個牛肉仲好暖熱.........可想而知上枱時應是熱騰騰
-牛肉好鬆,有肉質,又juicy,有調味過.........連埋個sauce同咁多樣配料1齊,簡直喺味蕾大爆發

6) kurobuta pork skewers/ thit nuong (hk$128)
-豬就建議用gravy汁 (中間嗰兜)
-因同牛串1齊上枱,食完牛先食佢,所以只喺室溫,味道難免會遜色d
-味道無問題
-如要食到best temp.同味道,建議食完1樣再叫

7) whole red snapper (hk$248)
-欣賞條魚處理得滑,熟度剛好.........juicy,魚肉都結實
-調味輕手,所以味道平實

8) banh xeo, chorizo, prawns and bean sprounts served with lettuce, herbs and nuoc mam dipping sauce (hk$148)
-呢個亮點喺個蛋皮.........又大又脆.........1d都唔油............微椰甜
-我哋喺先meet meet吓淨食蛋皮
-餡有好多粗大健莊嘅芽菜,有蝦,西洋腸,菜,紅椒
-味道要靠+冧碌
-因為好少見香港仲有肥大芽菜,低低哋嘅我走去問佢喺咪本土貨


9) pandan lamington truffles (hk$78)
-又到甜品時間
-想見識吓呢個斑蘭嘅演繹
-沾滿椰絲,有住lamington嘅外表
-拎上手,凍凍哋嘅
-外層包住薄朱古力ganache,裡面喺濕潤嘅斑蘭杰身mash
-因為斑蘭本味清香,現被朱古力味蓋過了

10) condensed mild flan, drip coffee caramel (送)
-原價hk$78
-當呢杯甜品上枱時,我已經覺得佢奇怪
-當waitress介紹佢叫咩"condense.........flan".........我就知道佢哋比錯menu第1個甜品我哋
-我即時話佢知我喺叫menu上最last嗰個甜品
-waitress跟進完後...........就話呢個甜品請我哋食..............有規有矩嘅餐廳...........唔會將已上咗枱 (放低喺張枱上,就算客人無掂過都計上咗枱) 嘅食物拎去再serve其他客
-估唔到3個甜品中.............我最鍾意喺無心插柳嘅呢個
-首先佢嘅custard好滑好滑..............近乎cream狀.............不過食友話呢個texture唔難整............只要落cream夠狠就得
-佢反而欣賞個caramel sauce............小杰身..........味道上唔太甜,有點焦味 (唔喺拖肥味,坊間好多caramel乜乜乜............都喺拖肥味為主.............焦味無嘜).............亦有咖啡香

11) che smoked coconut ice cream, grilled coconut rice paper, banana, sago, peanuts (hk$78)
-材料combination喺多,但味道無嘜亮點............不過雪糕好食,喺椰青味為主


後記
1) 店內環境+餐具.............難得佢哋嘅餐巾喺布嚟.............唔喺tissue paper

2) 香港好難得食到咁有質責嘅越南菜~~~~仲每道菜上枱都介紹番有d咩 (唔止講吓個名).........不過呢度有點fine dining.............所以無湯河呢d越菜

3) 2個食友早過我到.............waiter建議比食友嘅signature同我做嘅功課不謀而合.................除咗個沙律...............重點喺佢嘅recommendation喺really reliable n delicious..............所以你哋可以放心試佢推嘅青木瓜沙律 (今次我揀咗信blog上介紹嘅cabbage)
