喺1次好偶然蕩吓蕩吓嘅機會下見到呢間餅店.............dec 10 (thu), 11 (fri) & 24 (thu), 2015嚟...............3次嚟共叫咗 :
1) scone - earl grey (hk$20)
-見到佢有scone...........先試呢個
-佢喺1/2熟...........堂食要即刻焗.............亦可買走.............番屋企自己焗
-剛焗起好香呀..........又焗得好高身............外做到crust..........入口茶味溫和............鬆...........略欠牛油味
-配個almond cream.............我自己鍾意d牛油味重嘅cream多d
-但都好唔錯
2) matcha quartet (hk$45)
-"matcha cake, matcha panna cotta, matcha jelly, matcha crumble, whipped cream"
-呢個我覺得execute得唔好.........最底嘅抹茶蛋糕比較實身.........而個panna cotta表面有少少dehydrated...........但未去到有裂紋咁嚴重............texture我印象中喺有點怪 (味道無異)
-抹茶味喺ok
-我有懷疑喺咪雪耐咗影響質素?..............呢個仲要喺1 of signatures
3) strawberry and champagne mousse (hk$55)
-"almond sponge biscuit, strawberry jelly, champagne mousse, strawberry glaze"
-鼓起勇氣嚟試多1款cake
-揀咗清清哋呢個
-第1啖食mousse喺食到有酒香味...........不過1食過士多啤梨jam/ compote後............味蕾就污染咗...........食唔番個酒香味
-個sponge餅底杏仁味好溫和...........texture喺比較粗 (相信因為要做底嘅關係)........但都夠moist
-面層嘅士多啤梨jelly色澤上差咗少少............太啞色..........味道有點似士多啤梨jam味
-整體味道喺ok唔錯嘅~~~~無過甜,有果味
後記
1) 店內環境............擺設好精緻...............尤其餐具.............每次都唔同
2) 味道上還要繼續努力
3) 星街呢頭搵到warm warm嘅手織冷公仔..............好cute
**4) feb 21, 2017 (tue) update : 有日見有人讚佢嘅lemon cake (hk$28).............所以今日嚟.............佢的確個citrus酸>甜...........外表仲有薄薄嘅sugar frost/ icing..........令個蛋糕多了坊間可以食到嘅texture
再+熱抹茶cappuccino (hk$35)
veggie baugette (hk$45)...........其實本身喺配panini............喺我夾硬轉咗做baugette..........硬脆嘅baugette連埋軟身嘅牛油果醬同粟米食..........1路食1路唧同跌.........有點狼狽...........餡嘅seasoning輕手咗d
