當知道有間新開越南嘢..................oct 31 (sat), nov 8 (sun), 13 (fri) & dec 20 (sun), 15嚟食..................共叫咗 :

1) banh mi (hk$60)
-vietnamese baguette sandwich, pork belly, liver pate, pickles carrot, cucumber, cilantro and mayo
-當然先試吓我嘅fav做成點先啦!
-又喺叫咗個包要烘脆d
-個包熱度ok夠...........鬆脆
-個餡唔喺我想要嘅越式肉,扎肉...........可能我喺香港初食到嘅法式3文治都喺扎肉呀,腩肉呀,臐蹄呀..........總之要幾款唔同嘅豬肉啦............我鍾意呢d樸實嘅餡
-佢只得豬腩肉............好彩有d脂肪
-不過個肝醬唔多,味道上食唔出
-又唔多惹味
-反而佢落咗牛油去烘,似多士多d
-仲怪相地有塊lettuce
-definitely not my liking
-我好想好想去越南品嚐當地人嘅法式3文治同pho~~~~

2) lime ice tea (hk$30)
-友人叫的,無試到

3) pho bo (hk$68)
-thin sliced sirloin cooked medium rare
-問店員推介邊個pho...........佢首推呢個.........ok跟
-同友人share..........先拎起d牛肉..........以免過熟
-有fresh herbs同calamansi,辣椒粒
-先飲湯底...........味道自然,無假 (因甜味唔特別出),略有甜意..........不過牛味只喺微弱,但有陣herbs香 (其實第1次我試唔真...........喺第2次淨飲佢個牛湯先嗒清楚)..........真實過最近去巴黎嗰間pho 14
-佢個pho嘅texture喺有點挺,但唔喺有韌性...........所以pho 14喺texture呢方面真喺好出色
-但整體比起喺香港食到嘅越南pho已高出1級

4) young coconut (hk$40)
-ok,但未算好清甜
-上次喺上環嘅chachaxxx飲到嘅清甜得多

5) fresh lime with spices (hk$30)
-其實我飲唔到+咗咩spices
-不過幾好飲...........因為我鍾意d lime soda有d甜味 (可能+咗sprite之類)

6) cha nem (hk$88)
-vietnamese fried spring roll, pork, shrimp, fresh herbs and lettuce to wrap
-第2次嚟我就揀咗呢個春卷生菜包
-炸到熱辣辣........皮好脆,入口唔油..........餡亦flavorful
-春卷放入碌冧汁內游完水............咩都+d包埋食
-好好味呀!!.........好滿足
-不過1st date就唔好叫呢樣嘢
-包好後要"mark"大個口放入去.............d汁又漏到成手都喺..........都食得幾狼狽架!

7) beef broth (hk$10)
-為咗要試真d個牛湯...........我死lur要佢比碗我
-店員話無得咁叫.............其實我喺想佢免費匹碗仔我飲
-最後佢講咗句唔知咩.........我話okok.........就有得飲..........最緊要喺你比我飲~~~~
-comment寫咗喺上面嘅牛肉pho度
-見到張單..........佢嗰句應該喺話要收$$$$............r著數行動失敗咗添............hehe.........收番你$10都fair deal嘅!
-呢個世界唔單止no free lunch.............要改口講no free soup~~~~XDD

 8) fresh lime, mint with spices (hk$32)
-呢個+咗新鮮薄荷..........多1份溫和嘅薄荷味 (唔會好似牙膏咁濃)
-gd

 9) bun thit nuong (hk$68)
-lemongrass pork, traditional vietnamese dish of rice noodle, served with fresh herbs, cucumber, carrot
-試埋個檬粉先
-揀咗香茅豬肉
-佢嘅豬肉喺碎濕濕咁,帶d脂肪..........唔喺1件豬扒碎上
-都多花生碎同fried shallot..........當然仲有fresh herb,醃蘿蔔絲
-個檬粉texture都ok...........唔會好腍
-食檬粉好易會斟咗好多碌冧.........因為汁會落底.........上面嘅粉都索唔到...........所以撈均後..........我決定由底食起..........避免最後剩底好多碌冧............浪費~~~~

10) tom cuon (hk$68)
-fresh shrimp, herbs salad to roll with rice paper
-最後試埋佢嘅紙米卷先
-佢嘅皮嘅韌性無灣仔嘅com bahn xx咁好
-但材料就多咗花生碎.........basil足
-佢嘅碌冧都酸甜並重
-所以都唔錯
-但我會稍為鍾意深水埗第x郡多d............因為佢配個sauce好唔同...........唔喺用碌冧..........好特別..........小"杰"身又夠味


後記
1) 多謝友人請食其中1餐

2) 呢度唔收+1............味道水準平均..............唔怪得好多人嚟...........lunch要喺<12:20pm到............dinner就要喺<7pm到..........否則要排隊

3) 佢地方唔大............亦坐得迫.............3次嚟............我都見到有人排隊.............所以我習慣1喺早嚟,1喺食晏d..........避人潮

4) 有次食完行番落去上環............經過卑利街...........見人影緊..............我又留念1吓

**5) jul 10, 2016 update : 嗰日無胃口,喺附近...........懷念個生菜春卷............罕有去番兜............但廚房班底面目全非..........個春卷上埋枱.............賣相嚇到咗幾秒...........喺時候要move forward........再搵過好嘅越南餐館
