1) triple lychee mojito (hk$70)
-lychees, lychee juice, lychee liqueur, bacardi white rum, mint, ginger ale
-無試到友人的
-我問佢酒精明顯嗎？.........喺yes

2) brouwerij de molen amerikaans (hk$85)
-this american style bitter has an aromatic reminiscent of sweet tropical fruits and pine, light to medium body with caramel sweetness and malt, this is a refreshing and exquisite beer suitable for all levels of drinkers
-個description寫得好呀..........我就喺base on佢先叫
-佢嘅craft beer都多選擇
-揀咗呢支重點喺hops度.........因為佢仲伴以caramel同fruit taste,........hops喺啤酒上嘅主要功能喺比個bitterness flavor同穩定劑作用
-第1啖味蕾最靈敏.........微苦下喺夾住d甜味
-喺有佢嘅個性.........同個官方形容好近似 (無bs/ deceive)...............good
-我越嚟越like special character嘅craft beer多過紅酒.............呢度嘅craft beer種類都起碼有10隻.............比你慢慢揀
-友人話我知中環有間專賣啤酒嘅shop.........我要搵搵先

3) bbq beef, bacon & cheddar burger (hk$170)
-beef patty, crisp bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and chop house bbq sauce
-揀來呢個比較classic嘅beef burger (仲有豬同雞選擇)
-其實食友之前叫過.........我跟佢咁解.........hehe
-叫咗medium.........好彩無叫medium rare......出嚟有微血水.........有d香港餐廳medium rare先會咁
-個包暖熱.........patty鬆, juicy,有牛味
-個薯波好熱，脆身......不錯

4) creamy spinach (hk$55)
-呢個creamy sauce帶甜note.........所以覺得麻麻

 5) berkshire pork chop (hk$320)
-basted in a mongolian glaze consisting of hoisin sauce and black bean chili sauce served with sauteed red cabbage
-都喺跟食友叫
-表面grill到好glaze
-個豬扒好厚切......其實中間好marginal熟
-1d都唔實.........肉好鬆，亦有肉質
-個調味汁夠味,無過濃.............但味道好似叉燒醬......................所以出嚟味道偏中式...........如果唔介意呢點都喺1件gd豬扒

後記
1) 店內環境.........枱上仲裝咗draught tower

2) 原來fri nite喺cwb無book枱喺好灰.........只可食late dinner因為我好遲thu/fri先嚟book位.........呢間set咗2個時段......我個時間比較尷尬.........所以撥咗我去waiting
其他心儀嘅餐廳又full晒.........即場walk in就要等到8:30/ 9:00pm.............正好depress之際收到chop house電話.........問我喺咪嚟緊.........我見佢1直無打比我以為無枱比我.........咁先唔洗去食麥記咋

3) 呢度嘅食物唔錯...............beer選擇又多.............地方夠大..............同隔離枱可能會近d............但前後枱有空間..............所以唔會嘈到傾唔到計
