純個人評價 : fair與good之間
食友去過中環嘅1st branch........comment好差..........所以令我卻步.........後來呢間branch開咗.........見人哋嘅相+食評...........沒有食友提過嘅勁燶,勁濕...........apr 4 (fri) & 18 (fri), 14.........共叫咗 :
1) perfect pizza wine (hk$68)
-portion似serve果汁嘅杯咁
-試咗1啖,喺紅酒base,就溝其他嘢
-友人認為似sangria.........不過紅酒比例重手d
2) fennel & citrus (hk$118)
-呢個喺簡單嘅fennel,橙肉,dill草同sun dried berries
-茴香有其溫和獨特嘅味道,混有橄欖油同citrus汁.........所以帶點微酸
-整體味道唔會好突出/豐富
-只可以當作1道簡單嘅開胃頭盤
3) quattro formaggi pizza (hk$138)
-有gorgonzola, provolone piccante, fior di latte, pecorino呢4種芝士..........撒以parsley,仲+有chilli olive oil
-同喺fb見過佢嘅pizza1樣............邊位漲卜卜..........烤到有斑點式嘅browning.........好靚
-好急切試吓有無之前食友講過嘅又濕又濃先
-喺無架..........喺薄批.........佢嘅pizza以有韌性為character.........有少少似印度嘅naan bread..........所以唔喺薄脆式
-成個批上枱都喺熱辣辣..........我哋坐喺個明火爐旁邊...........所以我哋喺望住個批出爐........cut開上枱
-meet開個批時........pizza很熱...........只喺1開4...........因為芝士喺無汁嘅關係,所以outcome唔會濕
-除咗有溶掉嘅芝士外..........味道最interesting喺有辣味..........但唔會激..........這個落order時........waiter都有特意提醒過
-新鮮parsley好giant size..........有其自己本身嘅香草味
-餅底都算白淨........只喺有少少browning.........所以入口都無濃味..........只喺食到有browning位先會有點燶香
-因為我個位望正d批出爐.........我留意到staff會偶爾掀起個餅底望吓.........所以我相信check個餅底有無過燶都喺standard operating procedure之1
-雖然出品比起食友初期喺中環食到的有大大進步..........但呢款pizza texture is not my favorite..........我都喺鍾意薄脆批.........而且呢個邊位幾粗吓.........無餡料..........所以淨食麵包.........乏味咗少少
4) torta al cioccolato (hk$98)
-今次揀來朱古力mousse cake........配以crema inglese
-好rich好rich朱古力味........亦幾solid.........不過唔喺乾實.........都喺帶soft
-餅底嘅構造好特意........似喺混有oatmeal之類嘅cereal..........所以有點煙煙的............我會形容為濕咗嘅威化餅咁
5) octopus and potato salad (hk$138)
-with capers and chili oil
-有西芹,8爪魚,薯仔,parsley,capers
-唧埋附上1/4個檸檬.........撈均佢
-原來呢個沙律喺微暖熱的..........真喺無諗過喎
-8爪魚唔喺新鮮貨........所以喺軟身無彈性........薯仔粉腍.........西芹爽口
-味道有檸檬酸之外..........仲有少少辣意..........因為個chili oil
6) cherry stone clam pizza (hk$208)
-有fior di latte, oreganata butter, lemon, parsley, ev olive oil
-比較清同少料嘅pizza
-所以淨食麵包嘅部份都唔少..........齋咗少少
-好彩有1/4個檸檬,先叫咗濕番些少同多番1個微酸味
7) marinara pizza + soppressata (hk$98+32)
-有tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, pecorino, ev olive oil
-+咗soppressata呢個辣腸topping
-本多想揀另1個番茄base嘅pizza..........不過有fresh chili所以會比較辣.........其1友人1定食唔到
-waitress腦筋轉得好快.........見我哋因為咁轉叫好plain嘅marinara........即刻建議可考慮+想要嘅topping......又喺喎...........服務+分
-個辣腸又幾好味..........只喺微辣.........帶起個pizza嘅味道.........如果無咗佢..........成個pizza嘅味道都會幾齋
-本來諗住叫個番茄醬底會juicy/ moist番d...........其實1樣都喺偏少乾..........番茄醬塗得太少
-同樣麵包部份都幾多
-總共試咗佢3款pizza.........可以conclude我唔多like佢嘅pizza style.........太少料........又少乾........又唔喺薄脆底
-可能佢想避開以前又濕又燶嘅問題..........懷疑有調低個爐嘅溫度/時間............所以相對地都要-少埋d醬汁
8) tiramisu (hk$68)
-要試埋佢另外1個甜品........1齊share
-雖然無酒.........但lady's finger同mascarpone嘅濕潤度都掌握得剛好
-好快我就ko咗我嗰份

真係好食左?雖然我鐘意食包,不過唔想食薄餅個感覺似食包囉
