apr 17 (thu) & 22 (tue), 14.........嚟dinner.........共叫咗 :

1) 麵包籃 (免費)
-有3款麵包
-雖然1d都唔熱........但外表好crust........裡面很鬆 (grissini條除外)

2) buffalo mozzarella (hk$160)
-datterino and san marzano tomato, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil
-份量不大
-mozzarella同番茄各自都有2個size.........大片的mozzarella軟身d..........細粒狀的比較實身........味道上大片的好d

3) sauteed spinach (hk$68)
-調味輕怡.........菠菜亦沒有腍成1pat

4) roasted potato (hk$68)
-大家1致認為好味
-有薯味.........裡面又綿

5) sauteed mushrooms (hk$68)
-味道同樣輕手..........只喺輕輕炒過............菇的質感仍在

6) classic carbonara (hk$190)
-menu上寫喺homemade pasta...........所以質感都好難會喺al dente
-汁太多........芝士味亦過強............同平時食到的style好唔同..........不知是否喺classic..........如果喺..........咁比番平時嗰種style我得喇...........我個人唔多classic

7) arrabiata penne (hk$160)
-因為長通粉喺比較厚身...........所以質感上會比carbonara好
-茄味嘅sauce剛好cover個長通粉..........不過稍嫌辣度不夠.........arrabiata應該要多點辣意先啱

8) margherita (hk$160)
-mozzarella, tomato and basil
-喺薄批.........中間好夠茄番..........不過嫌個邊位太硬實

9) clams with aglio olio e peperoncino trenette (hk$260)
-因為每樣嘅份量不大............所以要+個意粉
-質感唔腍.........有點韌性
-味道喺3個意粉最好的..........因為鮮味入到個粉度
-很夠味...........不知是否用有海水............不過有食友略嫌鹹咗d

10) the landmark quattro choooco (hk$160)
-hot chocolate caramel foam, creamy chocolate with choco crumble, eskimo, white chocolate cheese cake
-喺咁多個甜品中最好味..........只有dinner先有得serve
-decent同有heart.........我鍾意最左手面嘅hot chocolate caramel foam.........個朱古力皮好薄好薄...........個foam好滑...........似"希"身嘅mousse
-而個透明筒我初時以為喺膠片...........原來喺糖整成嘅薄film...........very interesting presentation

11) lemon tart (hk$100)
-crispy praline, vanilla ice cream
-好進念嘅lemon tart..........檸檬部份只得面上嘅檸檬醬..........連個雪糕球仲大過佢
-整體味道ok的.........只喺檸檬元素太低
-如果喺lemon tart嘅粉絲會相當失望

12) chocolate caramel mousse cake (hk$90)
-普普通通.........又唔覺得有caramel味

13) colomba easter cake (hk$78)
-呢個有點似xmas cake..........有乾果
-但蛋糕嘅質感似放咗1, 2日嘅麵包............鬆得嚟有少少韌性
-所以要拜托食友包底ko佢

14) 7 layers chocolate cake (hk$90)
-略嫌蛋糕不夠鬆,moist..........cut落去微微實咗

15) italian mazzancolle king prawn and zucchini fettuccine (hk$290)
-見人寫佢呢個pasta好味.........心思思下..........就為佢去多次.........順便補償吓自己做得太辛苦
-落單時..........要求煮得al dente d............waitress話佢哋不嬲都會煮到al dente..........我話佢知我食過佢哋嘅pasta..........但唔夠al dente..........所以佢reconfirm我 "more al dente?"..........yes, please~~~
-個汁只喺微"杰"身...........但又唔會太希/ bottom沉下好多sauce
-聞落幾鮮味.........入口無聞的咁濃郁........而麵質嘅韌性中帶少爽口.........麵條中間都唔乾身........相信呢種homemade嘅pasta最佳嘅al dente都只可以做到呢個地步
-蝦肉每件都cut得大.........爽口,略有鮮味添..........份量仲幾多喎.........唔怪得你$300/碟啦~~~~~
-番茄juicy又有自然酸
-好味

1) 呢度喺中環landmark價$$$$...........但要揀啱菜色先好味
