1) drinks + snacks
-先來round drinks同snack
-個snack喺墨魚汁整成嘅shell........再喺上面放上蟹肉粒.........微鮮中又小脆口........仲有香草碎同蟹籽作點綴..........不錯的小食
-如果可以蟹肉粒等餡料put on side............等食嘅時候,客人自己+在shell上........脆度嘅範圍可以大d
starters
2) house made pate with shallot, pear chutney and cumin crispbread (hk$118)
-個包仲幾暖熱,外表脆身,裡面10分綿密又軟熟......很有水準嘅麵包
-伴以ham, 自家製羊肉腸, smoked butter, caramelized shallot, olives, cream cheese, liver paste等
-我比較喜歡smoked butter同羊肉腸...........因為前者嘅煙薰味中等,坊間少有d..........後者嘅羊so味很濃.........有肉質........鹹度還好

-呢條魚喺executed得好好.........皮煎到明顯薄脆..........表面有鹽花season過
-魚肉亦juicy同幾tender
-喺我個人最like嘅main

-沒有overcook........所以肉色很嫩紅
-很明顯嘅禽味.........有肉質, juicy.........喺1隻有質素嘅鴨

-肉色很對辦.......沒有overcook
-呢個和牛同平時我食過嘅和牛有少少分別.........就喺有肉質,有點chewy (唔喺"un")..........平時的比較腍........呢點impress到我
-juicy..........不過牛味就喺正路嘅弱
-仲有由咖啡整成嘅方塊.........interesting

-sea bass比baramundi厚身,肉質結實.........不過味道上,個人喜歡baramundi多d
-呢個dish有趣嘅地方就喺上枱後淋上熱湯...........再唧出橙黃色嘅麵條..........有點似打邊爐時嘅手唧魚肉麵

-鍾意栗子雪糕,栗子味溫和自然
-而個亮點會放喺粒水晶珠度..........酒味溫和..........有趣

-呢個peanut butter喺比較實淨嘅版本........如果可以鬆番些少會很讚...........因為牛油,花生,朱古力同蕉都好好朋友

-financier喺我鍾意嘅甜品之1........呢個financier喺暖熱的.......有牛油香,亦有杏仁甜
