1) triangle d'or (hk$98)
-absolut elyx, orange juice, lime juice, vanilla syrup, passion fruit, orange bitter
2) buddha's tears (hk$98)
-absolut vanilla vodka, lime juice, coco sugar, kaffir lime leaf, egg white and thai chili
3) whole wheat epi baguette (hk$40)
-with sea salted butter & balsamic olive oil
-最impress喺好暖熱...............不過只serve with sea salted butter............無醋橄欖油
4) mushrooms croquettes (hk$128)
-with lettuce, herbs salad & black truffle oil
-望落都幾油,幸好入口就唔覺
-皮薄但唔脆挺
-味道ok la...........無嘜comment
5) smoke herring (hk$128)
-with warm baby potatoes & spanish onion
-塊魚好厚肉,肉質結實..............不過無嘜燻味
-整體味道都ok............唔喺差...........不過就喺無嘜character
6) canard au sang - 1/2 pc (hk$698+$30)
-今次嚟嘅重點...........要預訂
-血鴨2食連麵包
-先比我哋影吓隻鴨未煮前個樣.............之後就影吓壓內臟d血
-用d血+埋stock煮咗個汁............淋上鴨胸/柳............waiter建議我哋快d食............因為凍咗,個汁嘅味會唔同
-鴨肉嫩滑.........只喺gamey味稍遜
-亮點喺個potato pocket度...........另1食友之前食過...........提我個potato pocket超好食...........1定要叫佢比夠3個.............我雖然唔知咩叫potato pocket............但我照喺餐廳嘅website留咗message
-所以餐廳做多3個出嚟 (有$30 surcharge).............炸功好..........脆薄............有薯味..........個potato pocket果然有料到
-個potato pocket喺由2片好薄嘅薯仔痴埋..................之後放入油鑊度慢炸................要時間慢慢炸 (控制油溫)到中間卜起.................要好有技巧...............所以1鑊炸唔到好多
-食完個血鴨喺有証書比番.............2位食友好大方咁讓咗張証書寫我名...........承讓!!
7) homemade prawn ravioli (hk$158)
-with bisque emulsion
-個皮口感未夠水準
-ravioli內有唔少蝦肉粒.............食友笑言似食緊蝦餃
8) crispy pork belly (hk$158)
-with cauliflower & pommery mustard dip
-脂肪入口即溶..............不過我覺得肉質過份鬆腍..........欠缺口感
-而且調味有點輕手.............turn out出嚟味道比較清中有油份
後記
1) 嗰晚我哋比較唔好彩..........後面嗰枱坐住4條港女.........好hyper.............好嘈..........你唔喺去咗pub ar...........呢度都幾私竇feel...........唔洗咁大聲講,又叫又笑..............pls behave!!
