睇到飲食雜誌有介紹...........見comment唔錯...........於是sep 5, 2015 (sat)嚟lunch...........叫咗 :
1) north african poached eggs in spicy tomato sauce, country bread (hk$108)
-因為要保住胃置食抹茶蛋糕...........所以只可以揀portion細d嘅選擇............店員話呢個喺新嘢.........相對無咁heavy............身痕友嘅我就試呢個啦
-賣相colorful..........但當我拭開白色嗰pat嘢............發現喺hard boil egg後............即時blow me away.........but in a bad way......所以舉機影底佢
-再推開3色椒粒同cherry tomato粒......底下1d汁都無......你即喺想點呀!........小菜嚟架?
-將亞椒粒,碎蛋匹上片烘得鬆脆嘅法包上嚟食......因為沒有sauce/汁.........感覺各有各獨立......我覺得好怪
-幸好3色椒甜,厚肉,有佢自己嘅水份,cherry tomato本身都都帶濕,質素唔錯咋
-但呢個dish同個名唔多稱職......因為1d都唔spicy......莫非佢漏咗落個spicy tomato sauce?......所謂嘅country bread只喺法包嚟...........再raw d先似番country bread
-揀咗有機南非orange味茶......呢個幾好飲......橙味比較subtle
-我初時諗隻蛋是否事後先打上去......但溫度仍高,所以先熟咗......後來諗真d......煮溏心蛋都要水滾後幾分鐘啦......hard boil起碼要5分鐘......咁即喺打咗先拎去1齊焗
-味道喺可以,但badly designed and/or executed
-夜晚喺床上霎時諗番......點解當時唔彈佢鐘呢?......蠢q咗添~~~~
