1) 麵包籃 (免費)
-大約有成4款唔同嘅麵包..........好耐都無食過咁多款式嘅麵包籃
-仲要幾暖熱,裡面鬆軟添........gd呀!
-配以橄欖油同黑醋同食

-叫咗1支
3) tempura shrimps, candied walnuts, spicy aioli (hk$148)
-今日放棄set lunch.......全a la carte menu
-呢個喺女店員介紹
-炸漿薄.....蝦肉大而爽........最like喺琥珀合桃........好新鮮,香甜,結實
-略嫌d蝦得個爽字.......1d鮮味都無........而且個醬1d都唔spicy
-換過蝦種同+番d spicy應該會更有味道同個性
4) spagettini, uni, pata negra, lardo (hk$278)
-因為店方知道我哋喺share........所以分埋比我哋..........呢碟喺half portion.......所以份量都唔少
-我睇人哋嘅blog話呢個意粉不錯,所以跟........如常要求意粉煮硬d
-望上去.....料1定多過意粉
-海膽大瓣........未算好甜........不過1定無唔新鮮嘅味道
-火腿都小鹹香
-我最like喺個薄切lardo........柔軟
-1齊+埋嚟食嘅味道豐富
5) bryan's suckling pig, clams, pancetta, baby spinach, miso broth (hk$298)
-呢個喺女店員話喺signature.........聽個presentation同1般嘅suckling pig好唔同..........所以叫嚟試吓
-原來有少少soup base.......我見到即刻好懷疑個皮仲喺咪脆.......好彩喺好薄脆
-男店員解釋......佢哋有偷薄咗皮同肉之間嘅脂肪層.......-少個油膩感
-不過肉嘅部份都喺seasoning薄弱........都喺幾原味.......可能想配合埋個濃味broth 1齊食提味
-大舊肉下喺baby spinach
-要讚個蜆剛熟,好嫩好鮮
-個broth好鹹.......不能直飲

-女店員推介呢個
-焗得好靚,面帶點brown又高身
-男店員解釋........佢哋嘅souffle無+麵粉打起..........反而+咗yogurt入去整
-很鬆,出嚟味道幾interesting.........有柚子味同明顯yogurt味
-個vanilla雪糕好味呀!
