1) tap water (免費)

2) the hash (hk$58)
-第1次lunch嚟............原來只有lunch menu..........無我想食嘅嘢
-1場嚟到...........當然照食啦
-想食鹹嘢..........先叫個煎薯餅
-有1 pat cream cheese之類...........小"杰"身
-裡面有煙鴨胸(現成嗰隻)粒
-略嫌外唔夠挺........軟身咗少少.......亦微微油身咗d
-ok but definitely not wow dish

3) granny pancake (hk$88)
-見到對面客個甜pancake..............趕得切喺cut order前落咗佢
-叫之前,我make sure佢哋有外賣盒比我take away (以前試過有樓上食肆無餐盒,攪到我要浪費食物,為免重蹈覆轍,所以問清楚先)
-雪糕喺dreyer's出品 (第2次去時,同店員verify咗)
-3塊+埋都唔喺嘢少............尤其之前已食咗個薯餅............所以我預咗食唔晒
-熱度無上環嘅3rd spxxx咁好.........不過佢勝在又香(每層之間塗有custard)又軟又moist..........呢3樣+埋贏咗佢...........我喺追住食
-有3款berries........中間都有............食吓食吓...........都食咗3/4............pack咗1/4走

4) indian pale ale (hk$88)
-mountain goat喺澳洲beer牌子
-店方1共入咗2隻,我揀咗呢隻話濃味d............不過都唔喺真喺好濃味.............只喺比hoegaarden呢類濃些少............又無喜力咁濃.........好順喉
-不錯

5) apple juice (hk$58)
-話喺鮮榨............我無試到

6) orange juice (hk$58)
-話喺鮮榨............我無試到

7) beef sirloin tartare (hk$108)
-quail egg, rocket, parmesan & edible flower
-呢個喺見食友讚好,所以我跟
-賣相喺靚,不過都無食用花
-喺成堆菜下,有隻生quail egg
-牛肉細粒(不是minced)軟,會有少少pepper seasoning.......1d筋都無...........雖然喺生肉,但入口又唔會如蕪飲血咁
-混埋有菜,有horse radish,薄parmesan cheese同pancake底........所以味道不錯

8) roasted beef (hk$188)
-本來想試佢個short ribs............不過原來無咗
-變成咗roast牛肩位.......安排咗medium rare
-每塊都有3件,都幾厚切
-望落好似好紅咁.....但切落去都無血水滲出
-肉質只帶微微chewy........juicy........無筋...........肉質不錯,亦處理得好
-略嫌無嘜牛味啫
-如果有埋牛味.....呢個就perfect喇

9) grenouille jambes (hk$118)
-frog legs, chili, garlic & baby spinach
-呢個見食友讚.......而且我都鍾意食田雞腿
-類似椒鹽嘅方式,外表少惹味.........不過無我想像中咁乾挺身.........較為軟身d.......如果脆身些少會更佳
-不過佢又煮得剛熟........所以肉質特別嫩滑
-用嚟送啤酒都唔錯

10) chinking pig (hk$158)
-pineapple puree
-呢個喺店員推介.........所以我哋就試吓啦
-皮的確脆.......肉亦好嫩滑
-不過我略嫌個肉嘅seasoning太輕手.......好似食原味咁
-我覺得配嘅似喺celery puree..........因味道上我食到喺芹味多過果味.......不過我覺得宜家嘅芹香清新-去豬皮嘅油膩感會啱feel d

11) catch of the day (hk$178)
-呢個喺snapper
-喺鹽焗嘅方式煮
-我發現鹽焗法的確可以保持到魚嘅juicy度同嫩度
-這個不錯呀!
-我記得曾喺上環chachaxxx食過佢嘅鹽焗sea bass.....snapper嘅魚質比sea bass好.....無咁腍......有肉質

12) runny honey (hk$68)
-honey butter w/honeycomb & marscarpone
-佢有2款甜pancake.......另1款喺berry & citrus
-但我覺得配傳統d嘅蜜糖組合會同pancake harmony d.........尤其店員同我講佢哋嘅honeycomb同caramel sauce喺自家製
-honeycomb喺每層之間.......鬆化.......又唔算好甜
-pancake 1貫嘅soft, moist
-如果個caramel sauce再多d更好
-本來有option可+雪糕.........可惜佢lunch賣晒..........無得+.........男店員慘被我bare了幾眼.........XDD........雪糕都無?!!!........比人bare 2眼都好人之常情啫


後記

2) 原來第2次都食咗幾耐吓.......因得1個主廚........所以上菜時間有點慢..........不過我又唔覺.........時間飛逝..........當晚1坐底........男店員已話比我哋聽個card機今日跌過.........所以壞咗........我哋即刻笑言 "你想請客瓦.........多謝晒喎!"

之後問佢drink list上有類叫kombucha喺咩嚟........茶嚟.........發酵2次.......佢解釋完.......吸引,想叫........不過佢又話賣晒.........幾失望呀............所以當佢後來又話連dreyer's都無........我都忍唔住同佢講 "你覺唔覺得宜家我bare住緊你".........佢都勁講唔好意思........XDD

3) 之後男店員同我吹水........話下次想食咩.......可打來講定先.........仲offer有d off menu嘅菜式......eg paella, 韓國細粒蜆......雞,會將truffle zip喺皮同肉之間........聽到呢度我即刻問佢.........點解咁on, 咁on, on lot 10嘅?........原來佢哋就喺on lot 10摺咗之後........幾個人連埋個廚出嚟開嘅........明白晒!.......之後有機會食番on lot 10嘅名菜喇~~~~~~

**4) sep 25, 2016 (sun) update : 突然想食個honeycomb pancake...........發現樓面同廚師都唔同咗............menu大致無變............但多咗個brunch set...........難得味道無走樣...........好似些微好咗添

大食積上身嘅我叫咗2個set (hk$60+$110)

 **5) oct 2, 2016 (sun) update : 想試真d個正常portion running honey ($98)..............會有3大塊 (上次brunch size只得2塊).............價$$$$貴咗好多............都好味...........好似比之前dense d............d sauce同cream比前任廚師重手d..........但亦可能因為咁.............個pancake嘅moist度就有點over咗
