-我同友人都笑得好開心,因為個story,所以我就揀呢個啦

-最後真喺由lily親自將這道以她命名嘅甜品放在我哋嘅枱上
-原來lily喺1名甜品chef.......並同我哋詳細咁介紹呢個甜品
-先要將蛋糕面頭嘅自製拖肥醬spread開,而蛋糕內的開心果仁原來喺有粗粒有幼粒.........很認真
-入口蛋糕小暖熱,夠鬆,夠moist,很有開心果味,重要喺開心果味很真實,唔假,亦因為有粗粒開心果仁,所以有口感,甜度輕手
-配合埋個甜度唔過高嘅拖肥醬,很充實同滿足
-旁邊嘅雪糕都唔可以小觀,個賣相令我諗起年多前,hg有隻季節限定版嘅mille feuille雪糕...............酥皮碎+埋雲呢嗱味為base嘅雪糕,無得點錯嘅理由
-全個甜品好得,好有水準................坦然本來對佢無期望,所以反帶來有驚喜.............對甜齒的我嚟講............喺全晚嘅亮點

-因為友人對lavender味嘅心太軟有點介心,所以叫了當晚special - strawberry mille feuille

-個panna cotta喺由西芹頭攪成蓉煮成,很滑,膠性不重,第1口食,有芹香味,帶點甜味,兼且有些少甘味,之後甘味被味蕾適應咗,所以就無咁出了
-面頭嘅魚子醬帶點鹹味
-而個湯就喺由紅西柚肉,所以又會有少少果酸
-這個湯嘅味道未為好有驚喜,不過作為對抗炎夏嘅1個嘗試,創意新穎度好高,質地清爽,味道有點獨特,甘,芹味,微甜,少鹹,酸都有,又有新鮮dill草,所以都幾豐富吓,坊間亦好少飲到, nice try

-肉很嫩滑,調味不重,主要食其原味,或可伴以碟底嘅sauce

1) 首先真的要多謝店方嘅大方邀請...............感謝~~~~整體每碟菜嘅presentation都好靚..............唯獨主菜有要改善嘅地方.............整體喺1個愉快嘅晚上..............因為店子比較細............所以枱與枱之間難免會擠迫咗d..............亦因為咁,我就可以清楚望到格離枱嘅菜色無論賣相同份量都同我哋相若 (大家叫相同嗰d)............據經理講,menu為咗要keep住食當造食材............所以每2個星期轉1次
