早餐泡湯
因為琴晚個蠔.........激發我哋計劃去老佛爺食生蠔做早餐.........我哋只有早餐時段flexible/有空檔

由於我食得蠔多會肚痾 (太濕)...........所以我食2隻就無問題.........先食之前嗰日買嘅丹麥條 (前1篇blog post咗)同apple turnover打底 (下面有post).........團友們叫我再煲埋熱水飲暖胃

人算不如天算.........老佛爺嘅堂食蠔喺要12:00 noon先開檔.........白費咗今朝嘅準備添

-原來真的喺咁專業嘅餐廳..............唔會發生呢d事
-我同團友們唔同嘅地方就喺有2條偉大嘅魷魚!!!!...........好珍貴呀!所以將個字bold咗佢~~~~~XDD
-佢嘅菜味道無失手
-魷魚柔軟............無嘜點調過味..............因為有saffron汁............所以無問題

-店內環境(唔fancy)+餐具

-好得意,每枱都有個新鮮蔬菜做decoration

-呢餐令我大開眼界.............用唔同蔬菜演繹到咁多種combination出嚟............佢嘅手法唔重手..........just rite (調味最高境界)...............始終蔬菜味道都喺偏淡...........稍1調味重咗d............已經搶晒主角............佢嘅蔬菜質素絶對優...........無食過菜蔬可以有咁出嘅甜 (又唔喺甜到+糖嗰種)..........應該出自佢自己嘅organic farm (真誇張).............甜品深深食到個cooking skills.............視感上有presentation, color

-團友a訂位時,要求咗要坐大廳..............否則好易比佢掟去坐basement (佢本想指我哋落去basement)............會侷促d, less attentive service............聽聞呢度嘅服務唔會喺好殷勤嗰種...........come lo嘅團友a 1開始就大讚其1 waitress嘅唇膏顏色好靚...........佢頓時開心到個嘴好耐都合唔埋...............hahaha............氹死人同激死人只喺1線之差~~~~~

-waitress初時話個lunch只有7-8 courses..............睇到上面咁多相.............就知喺1個騙局啦.............7+8 courses就差唔多.............hahaha..............初時我哋滿有信心諗住陣間再去隊蠔無難度............但後來越食越唔對路.............點解出極都仲未上甜品嘅?.........鹹dish好似沒完沒了咁..........佢仲有個mega lunch...........嘩,嗰個咪仲激?

-當我哋食到2:45pm時............唯有拉個waitress嚟............扮要走 "any chance we can leave by 3:15pm?"............佢通知廚房..............我哋相信佢已抽起咗d dish..............因為團友b望到對面枱有食過pasta嘅物體.............最後喺3:30pm走到.............如果唔扮要走.............唔好講笑............真喺要食4個鐘

-上菜次序仲得意.........睇落好隨意隨心...........就算同1個餐.............每枱嘅次序都唔同.........打亂到好似打花張咁............好奇嘅我忍唔住問隔離枱(好近吓架咋) order咗邊個餐.........同我哋1樣.........佢話waitress同佢哋講就算同1個餐.............每枱食咩都會有d唔同.............very unique~~~

-食到後段............個chef會出嚟..............逐枱客同佢哋social............真喺難得~~~~

-其實我都唔sure有無記錯到次序
-第1隻入口有強海水嘅鹹.........不過繼後鮮甜味爆出
-真喺同琴晚嗰隻有得媲美
-開蠔嘅手法喺徹底無痴底.........香港好多時都仲痴住粒tissue...........要自己用叉拉斷佢

2) rose speciale no. 2 (23eur/ 6 pcs)

我哋由聖心堂行過嚟..............原來呢區沿途都喺成人用品店............而且品流都較雜...............我哋見到1個行跡可疑嘅老外古惑仔.............佢1路行..............1路專兜搭沿途嘅單拖男士.............有d好快中止對話...............有個講咗1陣就跟住佢行.............我哋懷疑佢喺馬伕............後來團友b笑言可能sell緊自己搵生意..........hahaha

-waiter先放隻吉但有basic plating嘅碟喺團友a度.............我笑言你就食呢碟啦!
-肉質爽彈.............中間微微有sashimi效果..........所以無overcook

後記

-經過今日嘅long lunch...........我哋3個都好倦...........想快d返酒店..............食到有d想瞓............1來呢餐味道比較boring............無驚喜.............又太玩creativity...........無耐食法餐喺要慢嘆...........佢好似覺得serve得太快=對你唔住咁.........XDD

團友又想我重施故技 - 話比waiter知我哋想xx走................hahaha.............我忽有奇想............."不如我哋3個1齊伏晒喺枱面鴉?"............佢哋話我攪咩行為藝術...........XDD

-後來對面枱帶來了小狗1齊................佢隻狗仔除咗剛settle時有叫過幾聲.............之後佢都好乖...........喺枱底個袋度坐/ 行吓/ 撩吓主人.............無出過聲
