小插曲
我唔記得off咗平時set咗嘅返工鬧鐘.............攪到晨咁早就響............急急跑去熄咗佢............嘈醒團友sorry~~~~


早餐
食咗團友a前日喺le cinq大掃餐牌.........takeaway嘅甜點...........個pastry當然已凍晒啦.............但好酥鬆,香牛油味.........個caramelized sugar外表唔脆, 黏黏哋 (始終都隔過夜)............想像到趁熱食時會幾咁impressive........呢間餐廳值得去食1餐

好出名嘅100貨公司..........唔洗多講.............我哋1開門就去感受吓遊客嘅威力...............無團友a前年去咁墟冚.............佢話上次仲多人過旺角...............幸好今次無咁激.............只喺部份熱門嘅名店外排咗2x人啫

我哋行咗1個圈後..............好快就去咗另1座專賣食嘅~~~~~呢座會開早d...........我哋主要喺呢度跌$$$$......唔好以為咁高檔嘅dept store會好似成地掃把咁標價.........團友b睇過佢嘅1l 樽裝水喺良心價~~~

chef yannick alleno喺sep 2014接管咗ledoyen後.........成功幫餐廳攞到3星.........3人lunch........共叫咗 :

1) coupe taittinger comtes de champagne x 2 (@45eur)
-團友a同b各要1杯

-waiter已介紹完幾款酒.......我基本上聽唔到.........就隨意叫1支算了
-唔喺好酸

3) pierre (8eur)
-sparkling water

4) chateldon sparkling water (10eur)
-我哋唔止飲咗1支...........不過佢只charge我哋1支啫

5) bread (free)
-有原味同鹽味牛油
-creamy,香, good
-為保住胃置.........只喺每款包meet少少share嚟食
-d包有質素呀.........我鍾意食有芝麻嗰個 (因為芝麻超香氣........又鹹鹹哋)...........而團友a就好欣賞佢個mini baguette因為good crust

6) amuse bouche
-有3款
-第1樣有薄脆同macaron物體好味.........白色嘅喺onion cream + soya beetroot..........紅色的喺beetroot
-第2樣喺crunchy紫菜roll,有金箔點綴,裡面喺lemon & sardine mousse, 味道ok的
-第3樣好似喺butter squash.........top with sea salt同pine nuts

7) set lunch x 2 (@135eur)
-除咗set lunch外........仲有tasting lunch同a la carte.........但驚食唔晒...........所以我同團友b都喺揀set lunch
a) iberico ham jelly fermented rye bread mousse and kalamata olives
-從網上找來嘅資料 "Next come textures of cool jelly and silky cream, before crunch and then slippery, salty jamon iberico. The mousse is fermented from rye grain, the ensemble studded with nuggets of Kalamata black olives"
-呢道菜有火腿 (鹹),火腿上湯啫哩 (鹹鮮)............底下仲有薄脆麵包...............我嘅comment好簡單.........得個鹹字


b) slowly pan-fried seabass in a bearnaise coral sauce raw cepes shavings with sea salt
-舊魚幾大件,又厚身..........魚肉juicy,無overcook
-上面撒有海鹽........所以令到條魚鹹咗d
-底下全喺新鮮薄大菇片..........無煮過,無調味,無汁........所以入口好似寡乾咗d
-味道ok的.......但唔喺dimensional,豐富嗰隻..........份量大咗d

c) roasted bresse farm hen poached in a broth of "50" served cold on a nut sauce, checkered veg flavored with vin de voile and thyme flower
-waiter先捧咗個用濃雞湯浸住隻雞...........介紹個雞湯喺用上5x隻雞淆出嚟.........之後雪凍咗成為jelly
-個nut sauce喺pine.............with a touch of mustard, yellow wine sauce
-凍雞胸肉份量都唔野小.............雖然唔乾........但"鞋",無嘜味..........塗上同墊底嘅nut sauce就喺幫兇.......令整體味道sink like titanic........災難位喺nuts本身味道沉實 (唔鮮唔搶)..........nuts香同油份只增添咗個膩感.........已經又凍又無味,仲nuts油香........味道flat又低調
-而雞湯jelly就好很鹹
-top with脆口炸雞皮,cereal同乾果碎
-我覺得呢3樣嘢jam唔出火花..........南轅北轍............唔夾的
-另外嗰碟嘅拼蘿蔔粗粒
-都喺嗰句........份量大唔喺最大問題.........關鍵喺唔好食嘛.........仲要有咁多清咗佢...........即喺torture..........我盡晒力都喺"哽"咗1/2多d
-不過咁,外國人可能會易d接受到............因佢哋嘅文化食慣"鞋"雞胸

d) cleanse palatte
-都大堆頭..........我初時以為喺petit four添
-個朱古力水我就唔識欣賞...........未試過飲浠到水嘅朱古力drink...........有點酒,有點苦同話有pepper..........不過呢個唔多飲到
-個啫喱糖喺pineapple+almond............酸酸哋ok的
-比較好少少喺個sorbet..........喺梨+lemongrass

e) black sesame meringue with strawberries shiso chlorophyll
-個meringue+有芝麻........再配上芝麻雪糕
-呢part味道令我同團友b即時覺得好似糖蔥餅
-meringue內有用紫蘇做成嘅jam
-食多幾餐就發現paris嘅西餐都幾鍾意+有basil
-中西方元素大cross over...........but it didnt hit me

f) petit four
-人哋寫"a tiny sublime tart made from Guinness"
-呢個tart反而幾好味.........上面有層burnt sugar..........最衰無寫底........宜家諗番..........唔記得喺咪citrus味
-我模糊嘅印象喺類似creme brulee

-人哋寫"truffled cubes of chocolate on a sort of cocoa gravel"
-個朱古力味濃, soft texure.........like

8) unusual fine fish soup (52eur)
-marinated sardines flavoured with a dulse seaweed mayonnaise, red mullet on crushed ice with lemon and olive oil, sole milk with skin salt, cappelletti ravioli with butter
-團友a今餐就散叫
-人哋寫"Sardines are marinated in a mayonnaise with Japanese style seaweed, before thin slices of red mullet in citrus oil are laid on top. An extraordinary, rich nautical wave."
-seafood ghost程度好高.........分別2兜魚.......之後食完用番你仲有汁嘅碗.........倒入用茶道掃攪均嘅魚cream湯.......+入意大利雲吞.........攪1大輪你先有得食
-團友a話sardines were salty, ravioli was not impressive, again salty

-"waiter returns with a cream made from sole, that he whips and lathers up using a shaving brush. Seriously. He places tiny buttered ravioli into the bottom of the bowl that I’ve just finished and pours on the milky, fishy soup"

9) duckling cooked with malt (88eur)
-eggplant beer, paris mushroom and liver tart, pointed head cabbage with juniper and fern roots
-1個course由幾個sub dish組成
-有+嘢煮過嘅啤酒drink........有2排tart.........之後有好大份量嘅鴨肉+cabbage
-睇顏色隻鴨似overcooked
-團友a話Not gamey at all鴨無鴨味, 偏硬. The mushroom tart is way more impressive comparing to the duck

10) surprise coconut in a meringue shell (24eur)
-人哋寫"the lightest imaginable coconut mousse, the husk made from meringue, sitting on dessicated coconut"
-個賣點喺artistic...........用meringue+上色........扮椰子殼.........又幾似喎
-當時飽到反艇.........所以take唔到團友a分來嘅淺嚐
-團友a話the meringue shell is dead sweet, you cannot even taste the chocolate at the outside. Crunchy granola seated below the coconut foam, citrus ice cream which is something I hate, I hate fruit dessert

後記
-精緻嘅餐具...............我好鍾意呢套

-雖然話喺3星...........但呢個lunch menu我唔多識欣賞........調味手法都偏鹹 (我已經喺小濃口味嘅人)............我唔喺想話佢無料........佢可以由2星攞到3星........1定有佢嘅實力........不過呢餐我體驗唔到..........只可以講今餐無食神

-另外團友a話"想反枱同叫回水................上次未轉chef好10倍"..............笑言"我地個日餐飯係洗碗大嬸煮, 阿廚放暑假".................XDD.........咁即喺個散叫都唔得


-我哋食完離開餐廳時.................店方竟然送上本同飲食有關嘅hard cover書..............我哋無謂拎番香港................都喺退番比佢留比有緣人


買data sim card
食lunch前已開始買data sim card但唔成功..................老佛爺附近嗰間嘅orange都話賣晒最平嘅plan...........1喺要買個貴d嘅plan...........放棄無買之後.............第2間連貴plan都無貨

食完lunch會去百貨公司觀摩吓d名牌行情................去到嗰區先同我攪掂咗將data sim card...............繼續approach orange shop............好似銀行咁要撳飛仔.............輪籌...............所以都要等~20分鐘.................點知都喺無貨

團友a見到附近有另1間service provider sfr...............所以又入去試吓...............佢有咭賣呀 (25eur).............但ver咗我個asus電話用唔到呢張local data sim card..............反而團友b嘅samsung pad用到.............而我部電話就用到團友b喺英國買嘅data sim card............咁唯有麻煩團友b同我交換

呢間百貨公司...............好類似老佛爺...............但就少d人行............都喺有大路名牌.............有得即場辦退稅手續..............又有另1座專喺賣食架............家居用品等...............我哋都嚟咗3次

有日..............我喺度幫人買咗個lv匙包 (265eur).........友人想要桃紅色,但sales話全巴黎sold out......佢哋只有burgundy, beige同紅 (display貨).........因為時差關係.........友人未能即時覆我仲要唔要.........第2日再嚟幫佢買時,只剩低display嗰個紅色咋.........所以團友a話,喺巴黎見到任何嘢.............喺anything想買.........唔好多諗.........否則轉個頭就會賣咗

我無刻薄自己.........有日..........買咗個chanel (2,550eur).........原來店內display嘅款式只喺擺d basic嘢.........仲有好多款喺storeroom裡面.........我無留意開行情.........都唔熟有咩款.........諗住見到啱咪買囉嘅心態........所以未能好specific話到比店員知

呢個都喺店內display嘅款.........所以1定喺舊model嚟.........我想講喺其實你同個袋有無緣都好關鍵個sales想唔想賣比你

事緣我睇中咗呢個紅色手袋.........但架上喺細size.........我想要大1個size.........男sales話剛賣咗.........因為我想要團友a嘅意見 (喺另1間血拼中)..................等埋佢嚟時...................再入去就由個女sales招呼我.........我喺1個唔易心息嘅人 (hehe)...............我又問多次有無大1個size...............佢竟然話有呀,仲喺房度拎埋出嚟.........我考慮咗好1陣.........最後買咗大d嗰個

佢有張member card儲分...............免費申請...............有3個級別..............團友a好叻咁買到夠最高級別..............退稅手續喺地下嗰層辦理就得 (可揀即場退番cash...........團友揀咗退回credit card............之後睇bank statement, d rate好差............其實揀即時退$$$$好d)................仲有免費手機叉電服務...............超窩心啦!!

-因為有candied lemons........所以又鹹又酸酸哋
-味道ok嘅

-shoulder of lamb
-又喺好大份量.......除咗1兜couscous外.........無諗過仲有1大碗雜菜湯 (味道似住家青紅蘿蔔湯)..........1籃麵包...........1碟羊肩
-每樣撈埋1齊食
-羊肉結實,鬆.........有溫和羊so味
-佢個couscous飯.........粒粒分明........就算+咗湯........佢都無變到腍晒.............呢點喺好難得
-味道ok的


後記
-店內環境

-雖然味道唔喺話好like..........不過每樣嘢都熱騰騰................價$$$$以巴黎嚟講...........超抵呀!........交到功課啦!


回酒店
飯後我同團友b去影巴黎鐵塔夜景 (下1集連埋日景先post).................之後坐metro返酒店.................其實都有唔少列車唔喺全自動開門.............上/落嘅乘客要自己推個handle開門 (門會自動關)...............因為入夜,呢條線唔多人..............所以我試圖開門..............我唔知推上定推下..............出晒力咁攪咗1陣.............入面嘅乘客差d忍唔住要幫我開門.............XDD
