sep 4 (fri) & oct 9 (fri), 2015...............嚟quick dinner............共叫咗 :

1) 燒鵝瀨 (hk$48)
-嚟到都好full.........但1個1/2個位都搵到嘅.........未要排隊住
-本來想叫肶瀨.........但店員話無,要叫例牌先有...........1個人食唔到1碟例牌...........所以改叫普通鵝瀨
-我問亞姐喺咪早d嚟會有肶瀨叫?.........佢話唔喺早/遲嘅問題.........如果多人叫普通鵝位置,就會有肶多出嚟.........咁咪即喺靠運氣?.........actually not.........我下次嚟時就體會到另1 angle
-先飲個湯底.........好有香氣.........喺嗰種香料花椒8角......唔鹹,唔油.........帶微甜......味道唔假.........嗰晚0chur水反應.........喺1個gd湯底
-d鵝肉好明顯嘅嫩滑.........燒味舖少有食到嘅好質素......皮薄脂肪少.........骨都帶點軟身.........有溫和嘅禽味.........我有1排嘅鵝肉比較少 (肉質嫩滑度同入味更佳)............後來我先知呢個喺背位.............亮點喺d調味入味........但又無over呢下先難得.........只喺可惜timing唔啱,遇唔到個皮仲脆嘅貨色

2) 燒鵝肶河 (hk$88+$2)
-第2次嚟1心要食肶.........比上次早咗d嚟.........大約7成full.........1"中"入間舖頭.........位都未搵 (方便無就轉身走人) 就問亞姐有無肶河叫先?.........佢考慮咗2秒 (我好surprise佢個反應..........點解/有咩要考慮呀?).........得意地反問我喺咪即刻食.........我肯定咁話"喺".........佢話有,我先去搵個位坐低
-咁我就體會到你有無肶食...........都喺睇亞姐肯唔肯幫你落單
-煩友嘅我叫咗隻肶要免切兼另上........我問亞姐點解免切都要+$$$$?.........佢有耐性答我呀!無黑我面.........原來佢嘅另上要+$2
-皮薄 (當然晚上來,都喺唔脆),亮澤..............同樣脂肪少..........肉質嫩滑..........我用紙巾包住隻腳拎住食
-坐喺我對面嘅長者auntie好識講嘢............笑笑口問我 : "成隻肶咁靚...........1定好好食............要幾多$$$$?"............但佢心裡面可能諗緊 "又多條盲毛,以為肶就喺好味".........我有d唔好意思咁話比佢聽$90大洋.............為咗自我感覺良好.............再補多句 "食1次,唔緊要啦!"
-但食多幾啖..........我就話比auntie知調味無上次其他位置咁入味
-auntie同我交流...........話佢鍾意食背位...........雖然無嘜肉...........我諗番起...........我上次嗰碗有1/2 part就喺背喎
-因為唔夠入味.............所以即時覺得失落/無癮.............收咁貴,但味道deliver唔到............下次唔需要叫肶...........我鍾意上次嗰碗
-上次食唔到肶............原來上天又幫我避咗1劫...........但我個人太固執...........太無智慧...........每次喺都要撲番埋去..........直至得到為止.............但原來唔喺嗰回事...........攪到自己1鼻子灰先安樂 (ver咗好多時都喺咁)...........i'd better reminding myself "let go" in order to lead a smarter/ happier life............要練習當得唔到好想要嘅嘢時.............要相信上天喺唔想你有disappointment............things u already got/ had is better than the original choice (雖然好ar q)..........everything happens/ not happen for a reason/ purpose~~~~
-我掛住細味隻肶............無發現佢滴出嘅油已沿住枱邊流咗落我個新longchamp度!!!!!..........好幾撻.........有1撻仲幾大範圍.............幸好我仲可以番屋企同佢重點洗白白..............如果滴咗落我另外2個新袋度.............真喺幾好味都補唔番心靈上嘅創傷~~~~XDD.........更何況呢個唔喺gd
-個湯底同河粉無失手.............如再嚟食嘅話都喺為咗個湯底~~~~


後記

2) 2次都好彩無領教過傳聞中態度極差嘅老闆娘~~~~

3) 有機會去食大埔間1樂比較吓

4) 坐對面嘅長者auntie仲同我講佐敦有間叫金華嘅叉燒都好好味............後來我番去or search............check到喺旺角有間金華燒味............應該喺呢間..............有人都寫佢個叉燒............有機會我都會去試吓.............因為我覺得auntie嘅味覺同口味有d料到............信得過

**5) feb 12, 2017 (sun) update : 嗰日再嚟.............叫咗鵝背瀨...............(hk$56)..........+咗價唔在講..........但鵝嘅入味度差咗...........基至連我最like嘅湯底都差咗.........鹹度高咗,5香味低咗
