我哋揀咗用rer.................因為酒店附近有個auber站.............坐到去val d'europe落車.............大約40 mins

之後要行好耐 (>10 mins) 穿埋個商場...........如果搭shopping express會舒服好多..........直達outlet門口..........不過班次好少,又坐耐d

順便買個朱古力croissant做早餐.................之後先可以血拼

入到嚟.............熟客話先去welcome centre攞d vip coupon (10%) 先

每間shop通常消費滿175eur就可以entitle退稅.............大家主要分頭行事..............我好少咁買法 (利申 : 我唔喺shopping精............但見到鍾意,就好難忍手.........hehe.........其實喺隱性!)

收獲如下 :
- longchamp (用咗10% discount coupon) : 短柄(net 38.7eur),長柄(net 47.7eur) nylon bag各1...........夾埋團友a嘅items..........仲會有tax refund
- aigle : 長水靴(46.9eur)............個男店員service超好呀 (可能無嘜客)...........佢會comment第1對試嘅水靴唔啱我 (因我小腿太粗...........著咗後對靴頂無鬆位)..............又幫我擦番個coating上對水靴.........仲幫我收留住對靴 (當然比咗$$$$啦)..........臨離開outlet先攞返
- polo (即時入會.........全部貨品10% discount) : 1大袋衫 (主要特價貨)..........包埋送比屋企人 (net 359.94eur)..........仲會有tax refund
- loewe (用咗10% discount coupon) : 皮袋 (net 832.5eur)..........仲會有tax refund

臨走前..........用埋張coupon換杯熱飲同雪糕macaron...........味道都ok喎!

諗諗吓..........我好n年都無喺旅行時咁shopping法...........所以完全唔記得個退稅程序.........當店員填緊tax refund張application form時..........就要話比佢聽個refund想要喺機場攞cash...........定退落張credit card度.........我哋都揀晒退credit card.........唔想喺機場排隊收cash~~~~

以上跌咗唔少$$$$............但因為揪住太重嘢行得太耐.............嗰晚我嘅手臂肌肉發出嚟痛到瞓得唔好...........之後+埋瞓矮頸............扯住痛到瞓唔到 (換咩角度都痛)................返到香港仲要跌$$$$...........睇咗3次醫生............但無得claim :(............原來香港睇痛症嘅需求好大.........唔同朋友介紹咗唔同嘅師傅比我...............全部喺9龍區

-以上喺官方網業抄出嚟
-比1般cake大件少少...........好靚,又朱古力綠葉,又黃色coated puff.............幾節嘅白色cream
-把刀cut落去底層嘅pastry時............聽到鬆脆聲音..............同切落去有幾容易............就略知個pastry有幾好
-因為要拆散分開晒上面嘅嘢...............先切到個pastry.............分到肢離破碎咁...............所以無影內結構
-唔太甜.............菠蘿味cream溫和..............cream滑
-重點喺pastry酥鬆薄,牛油香出

-佢d餅賣相好靚.............但因為手上已有2間餅店嘅餅..............所以只能揀來買1件

-食過另外2間餅店先食呢個................因為呢個味道相對濃郁重味d
-亦因為有比較下..............佢就被比下去.............佢唔喺難食..........praline部份甜咗少少...............喺普通平凡咗d啫...........將佢同h&v與des gateaux et du pain比...........佢即時淪為香港聖x娜嘅檔次

2) kouign amann stick (3.3eur)
-"The Breton pastry Kouign Amann, in a stick for more lightness. A flaky pastry baked on a buttered baking sheet, sugared to caramelise it during baking"

-呢個其實喺成為咗next day嘅早餐
-可能唔喺熱食又隔咗1晚.............所以牛油香搵唔到...........酥鬆度ok la
-我記得好多年前我喺tst嘅little mermaid買咗條仲熱嘅丹麥條..........好食好多

後記
-之後都有嚟過呢區..............經過佢間shop............都比較多亞洲遊客嚟買...............google過...........佢喺日本有分店................所以喺亞洲有點名氣
-其實仲買咗另1間 (des gateaux et du pain).........因為買咗2次...........所以押後1拼報告
-之後就喺附近嘅公園開餐

-去到剛好老闆坐陣..........今次巴黎之旅想買榛子醬.........佢有5款pate.........我問佢比咗3款我試
-第1隻就喺榛子味先 (黑色蓋嗰樽)
-的確好香濃榛子味,rich..........甜度合適.........都滑
-只喺雪凍咗後..........望落會無咁滑..........但又唔會食到砂感
-返到嚟香港..........攞佢嚟搽麵包..........好味道..........亦試過搵佢嚟做榛子西多士
-我迫老闆答5隻味當中...........最鍾意邊隻?.............唔准答隻隻都鍾意呢d hea答案..........hahaha............最後佢答榛子呢隻

2) pate a tartiner chocolat noir (10.5eur)
-佢嘅黑朱古力濃郁,pure..........無嘜其他雜味 eg酸味............帶少少after taste...........甜度好低吓
-我即時諗唔到可以點食..........淨喺諗到直接1匙匙隊入口..........XDD
-any肥........買咗返嚟先算啦...........好貨難求
-估唔到同樣放入雪柜........佢嘅幼滑度明顯比棒子醬高
-我拎佢嚟搽麵包...........就要+d蜜糖...........保番個甜味上去

後記
-店內環境...............全部相問團友a借來的.............真喺無諗過會賣埋烈酒..............據講食朱古力配烈酒另有1番韻味............有機會要試吓

-其實佢嘅朱古力都好出名............只不過唔喺我今個trip target之內

我哋之前又去咗le bon marche走1轉...............1齊坐的士嚟..........共叫咗 :

1) chateldon sparkling water x 2 (@4eur)
-嗰次喺pavillon ledoyen order..........盛為10eur 1支

2) coupe comtes taitting x 3 (@35eur)
-我哋3個都叫來1杯香檳

3) menu degustation x 3 (@140eur)
-呢個喺tasting menu..........全由chef發板..........等食就得喇

-sorry..........唔記得咗有咩.........印象中味道不俗的

b)
-呢個有唔同元素去配合隻蠔 (唔喺美國嗰d咁大)
-蠔嘅鮮美度好強好出............其實歐洲都未喺凍...........理應未喺最gd season...........但都已經咁鮮甜
-於是口痕問團友b上次去老佛爺食蠔有無呢個質素.............佢竟然話都有架.......雖然唔喺隻隻都有呢個水準!
-嘩,不得了啦!...........本來今個trip我唔熱衷食蠔 (自己知自己事,又唔食得多)...........但宜家唔同講法喇............我哋要度1度邊日zip個蠔tea落去先!!!

c) foie gras
-又好攪嘢咁..........上枱後,喺你面前+湯
-top喺radish碎,菜柄段
-當時無mark低.......印象中調味just rite嘅實力型

d) 麵包
-唔記得點解食咗幾樣嘢...........先嚟個間場包嘅?............r頭

e) 雜菇
-宜家菇當造............所以呢個trip幾乎每餐總會有1碟同菇有關
-菇味無上次去sola嗰間飲到嘅菇湯咁出
-當然唔難食啦!

f) lobster
-龍蝦份量都唔算精緻.........啖啖肉
-因為龍蝦好易overcook.......1 overcook個肉質就變得"un"..........所以我食過唔overcook嘅多數喺將佢煮到裡面有少少sashimi嘅效果.........咁就1定無老喇
-但佢就喺裡裡外外都熟.........無sashimi效果...........但肉質喺soft軟的.........唔喺爽彈
-第1次食到全熟得嚟唔"un"..........texture喺呢種soft軟...........我當然唔知佢點煮先有呢個效果啦
-主腳以外.......仲有reduction foam底.......又有pat雪糕之類
-呢道菜我覺得喺全餐嘅亮點

 g) palette cleanser

h) chicken + sweetbread
-隻雞外表pan seared顏色幾靚........味道原味...........所以無嘜outstanding
-後面細舊d就喺sweetbread
-sweetbread嘅texture..............frenchie做得嫩d
-去到paris...........1連食咗2餐都有sweetbread........雖然我從未食過...........都唔洗見識得咁密
-我已確定我麻麻哋sweetbread

i) beef
-個牛正路..........無失手
-反而最like喺個醬爆薯波.........外表薄脆........熱度好夠........薯仔真喺1個gd保溫casing........所以裡面仲好liquid
-團友a同靚仔店員笑言要比d薯波佢打包

-我鍾意呢個.........有d蜜糖drip喺面.......好香港
-有雪糕,有mousse,有nuts碎

l) dessert 3
-呢個都好delicate.........好有結構架........好朱古力
-個shell內有mousse, 有cream, nuts同"袋"住咗嘅coffee.........都幾strong吓...........所以我要避晒佢

後記
-餐具

-個chef喺日藉...........食咗2個日廚煮法餐...........水準高...........2者嘅味道都喺aim調味just rite........無重手到

-serve我哋嘅老外幾好樣.........又吹得水..........所以團友a食到心花怒放...........睇到佢對眼喺發光同識笑..........所以佢話呢餐impressive~~~~XDD...........唔知佢指個老外定味道.......XDD
