mar 30, 15 (mon)............2人來dinner.......叫咗 :

1) snack (免費)
-我以為喺麵包薄脆............點知1拎起,下面好大片段咗...........攪到碎落成枱............我狼狽清理緊時,侍應已好快過來"等我幫你"
-原來喺焗咗嘅parmesan cheese.........幾鹹香

2) bread (免費)
-暖熱的麵包........好ok呀!

3) tourteau crab, lobster, oyster dressing, chilled potato sauce (hk$288)
-張相喺1/2 portion.........佢知道我哋喺share,唔洗提.........已主動分埋..........真周到
-賣相好靚呀......搶眼食用花,chopped veggie,蟹肉絲,龍蝦肉,亦有d蠔肉嘅清甜
-調味唔濃,主要食唔同食材自身嘅味道........雖然每樣都溫和,但都distinguish到.......所以味道喺清中有層次......其實都難achieve到呢個效果
-好優雅嘅execution

4) 63 degree eggs, sauteed mushrooms, lobster bisque & yuzu (hk$218)
-因為要保持隻蛋嘅原整性,所以呢碟無幫我哋分
-呢個都喺signature.........其實我哋今晚叫的都喺佢嘅signatures
-個蛋汁橙紅非常
-呢道菜幾light,因見到嘅喺foam,唔喺soup
-topped with炸過麵包粒,菇粒,龍蝦肉等.........伴有柚子味
-佢唔喺唔好,不過以喜愛度計.......我同食友都prefer上面個蟹

5) quails & lobster pie, bisque & piquillio sauce (hk$488)
-明顯1/2 portion
-pastry很brown.........薄,外帶脆
-呢個味道比較濃.........而且鹹味亦重
-個汁都重味
-會對老外口味多d.........我哋需要-d鹹
-伴以1個green salad.........佢嘅調味喺少有嘅豐富........食到其中有herbs味...........幾混合...........sorry,我未勁到可以列出每個味道.........不過亦喺鹹咗d
-經理有埋嚟問我哋意見........我哋坦白話比佢聽.........我嘅答案令佢覺得有點confused.....可能佢心諗......你講乜spring ar!!
-"如果個沙律同呢個pie比,咁就唔算鹹............但以沙律同沙律比.........佢喺鹹".........hahaha
-佢都有去做嘢......就喺即刻去叫廚房煮下1道pigeon時輕手d

6) roasted pigeon, artichokes, baby spinach & lemon chutney - whole (hk$488)
-見過人寫佢嘅pigeon喺the best in hk........所以我哋1定沖住佢而嚟.........我訂位時已reserve埋
-有half portion叫..........不過諗諗吓食友擁有人嘅軀殼.......但喺牛嘅結構........XDD........都喺留whole啦
-個皮有點crispy.....裡面亦好嫩紅,非常juicy........無諗過佢個禽味都好出........所以都幾濃味.........亦比想像中啖啖肉......佢都唔喺小pigeon

7) green salad (免費)
-呢個喺經理聽完我哋話d嘢鹹嘅實際行動回應......等我哋清吓味蕾
-appreciate this considerate response.......showing that u r listening
-利申 : 我哋從來無要求過要乜要嘜架!!........食友亦無透露佢喺grand blogger嘅身份.........XDD

8) fresh mandarin, sorbet and tuile biscuit (免費)
-喺侍應推介嘅3個甜品中..........揀來呢個refreshing嘅柑base.......因為今餐比較重味.........要個acidic d清新d嘅甜品作結尾
-個柑肉真喺好柑味........果酸+自然甜.......sorbet喺凍柑咁........簡單basic嘅味道........唔算雕晒花嘅presentation
-呢個甜品喺on menu (hk$138)...........點解會唔洗$$$$?...........又利申先 : 我哋無r番嚟架!!
-因為食友中場同亞經理吹水時..........平常tone講上年佢去同group喺上環umb嘅慘情經歷........餐廳爆屎渠.........味道小濃烈中serve客.........聽到都覺得臭/嘔心
-我都喺埋單check緊張bill時.........listening嘅經理話free咗呢個甜品比我哋...........我又諗如果食友講得激動d嘅話..........分分鐘呢餐可以free ga ma (妄想中)..........XDD


後記
1) 補祝食友生日快樂~~~

2) 店內環境.......餐廳呢層要由29f飲嘢嗰層行樓梯落嚟

3) 出品味道全部above average.......賣相份量精緻........好delicate........更impress喺個服務體貼度同識做度......原來亞經理喺caprice過嚟........部份front line staff都喺caprice過嚟...........呢度好full........要最少2 weeks前訂位.......分2個時段

4) 雖然有10% service charge.............但食友爭住on top比cash tips................差唔多cover晒佢送嘅沙律同甜品$$$$...............我哋都喺好識做嘅客嚟架!

5) 呢餐都1波3折.......改咗1次期.......嗰日其實我個胃仲未back to normal狀態.......但唔想再改..........delay多2個weeks........所以博1博........好彩份量小巧........味道又交足功課.........所以收到個胃嘅投訴.......美食真喺有healing嘅作用架!

6) 當晚原本坐我哋後面張長枱喺前局長葉樹堃同石禮謙等10幾人..........仲預咗4-5支紅酒.........我哋怕會嘈,於是要求轉枱.........搬遠咗.........食完呢餐飯.......佢哋都好behave.........有品........無嘈遍全餐廳
