may 25, 13...........知道過江龍開店..........所以回家晚飯前來買..............收集咗食友嘅意見..........買咗 :
1) 7 assorted macarons (hk$210)
-early afternoon,食友來買時,盒裝都可以隨意揀味,但我近乎7點來時............遊戲玩法變咗,只提供已assorted好嘅box set
-可以揀的就喺買幾多件裝 (有7件,12件,20件同24件),無得散買
-我當然只買咗7件裝啦
-香港唔喺全部味都有,只得10款味
a) infinment rose
-rose & rose petal
-玫瑰味溫和,無tst嘅laduxxx咁濃
-甜味比想像中低
-中間嘅cream軟身
b) infiniment caramel
-salted butter caramel
-佢嘅caramel唔喺偏拖肥味,喺帶焦味,味道喺execute得好
-不過佢個shell軟身,1cut落去,呢個嘅cream更好似溶溶地咁添,勁向2邊git晒出嚟
c) infiniment chocolat perou
-pure origin peruvian dark chocolate, morropon province, village of asprobo
-佢嘅shell喺咁多個嚟講,算挺身
-濃朱古力味
d) mogador
-milk chocolate & passion fruit
-牛奶朱古力味中帶點果酸,亦有熱情果獨有嘅香氣
-個shell又喺較軟身
e) imagine
-matcha green tea & black sesame crisp
-中間真喺有細小嘅芝麻脆脆
-抹茶味濃
-呢個喺唯1中間嘅cream喺挺身
f) celeste
-passion fruit, rhubarb & strawberry
-呢個就只有酸酸甜甜咁,很清新醒神
-個shell喺較軟身
g) infiniment praline noisette
-hazelnut praline & praline crisp
-奇怪,2位食友相若喺2pm左右嚟ph.............佢哋話hazelnut味sold out............我唔知點解6pm尾會有貨
-佢嘅cream又喺軟到有點溶咁,同樣1cut落去,d cream勁向2邊git晒出嚟

* 佢嘅macaron味道不錯,可惜中間嘅cream太軟身,好似d冰開始溶雪咁...........後來問咗d食過法國本店macaron嘅食友..............先知道佢哋嘅macaron相對無laduxxx咁crispy..........重點放喺味道嘅balance同complexity度...........不過佢都話香港買到嘅macaron就可能空氣濕度比法國高............所以顯得比法國食到的更軟身
* 我會隔多1段時間再買嚟食多次..............比較軟身度會否改善

-1場嚟到,所以都買來1盒朱古力試吓............但我唔喺即日食..........有1/2日放喺屋(無冷氣)...........不知是否導致朱古力變得軟身嘅原因

-semi-sweet chocolate ganache made from smoked salt butter, enrobed in dark chocolate
-皮薄,中間嘅ganache滑,朱古力味濃,呢個真喺有煙薰味,微鹹,好特別,interesting
b) infiniment citron
-tart lemon fruit paste, lemon zest ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate
-呢個ganache內近底有長條嘅檸檬味軟身啫喱
-所以結構上有驚喜,好少食朱古力會混入果味paste
c) intense
-bitter dark chocolate ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate
-呢個好純黑朱古力味,很純,無酸味
d) azure
-bitter chocolate, lime and yuzu ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate
-呢個就帶有柚子,柑嘅果酸甜味,很東方風味
e) balthazar
-caramelised cinnamon and milk chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate
-呢個喺唯1嘅牛奶朱古力coating
-有好溫和嘅玉桂味,個人覺得味道唔多夾,可能我唔喺玉桂粉絲啦
f) makassar

-焦糖味溫和,味道正路
g) lou
-ginger and milk chocolate ganache, candied ginger, enrobed in dark chocolate
-呢個喺有溫和嘅醃子薑味朱古力,亦有少少幼幼嘅薑絲
-很東方味,不過唔喺我杯茶因我唔食醃酸薑的

-pure origin chuao chocolate and blackcurrant anahce, blackcurrant, enrobed in dark chocolate
-呢個帶有似raspberry味
後記
1) 除咗macaron同朱古力外,佢仲有pound cake, 鳥結糖,jam,茶,cook book同袋賣............下次想試鳥結糖
2) 呢度第1日開張.........我諗住會有好多人排隊..........店方其實已預備咗排隊位.........可惜全日都唔需要勁排.........食友2pm左右嚟,都喺排咗5 mins...........無上年tst嘅laduxxx首日開張咁癲/情面咁墟陷~~
* 我會隔多1段時間再買嚟食多次..............比較軟身度會否改善
