1) 麵包藍 x 3 (@hk$15)
-罕有咁嘅格調餐廳,要按人頭收麵包$$$
-暖熱,款式有grissini等,都起碼有5款
-唔覺得出色
-8嵗嘅小朋友食咗好多...........但佢之後嗰d都食得落...........好嘢...........不能少觀~~~~
2) deluxe seafood ice mountain - small (hk$370)
-呢個喺全晚最gd
-有1/2隻龍蝦,都幾大隻,我食隻鉗,因為餐廳無預先鉗裂個shell.........而個殼唔喺硬脆........所以唔受力............反而榨咗唔少龍蝦汁出嚟...........我都攪到幾lei hea...........玩咗好耐.........呢方面餐廳唔夠細心..........鮮味度ok啦
-有2隻好似叫"pink"嘅法國蠔...........隻蠔好甜,有海水嘅refreshing鹹味...........gd
-仲有螺..........喺難得有小鮮味...........坊間好多凍螺都喺無味
-仲有蝦.........不過我無試到.............因小朋友又唔食蠔,唔食螺............所以比晒d蝦佢食
3) french mussels in white wine sauce (hk$108)
-喺細小飽滿嘅青口,鮮甜度1般,但個white wine sauce過鹹咗d
4) lobster bisque w/cognac (hk$75)
-小"杰"身,有蝦鮮味,不過唔算好濃郁,ok啦
5) baked french onion soup (hk$90)
-喺用芝士(gruyere)蓋住個湯兜頂............好似酥皮湯咁............不過用咗1片大嘅芝士啫
-裡面浸住塊麵包
-洋蔥甜味唔濃
6) confit de canard (hk$210)
-呢個乾身,皮挺身,賣相對辦,裡面嘅鴨肉亦唔乾實...........只喺會鹹咗d,因喺呢個dish嘅特式
-底墊有白豆泥
7) pan fried kurobuta pork chop w/black pepper sauce (hk$240)
-無諗過呢個侍應會問煮幾多成熟
-侍應建議煮7成
-好厚切,但肉不鬆,叉不入中間,切開都有點費勁
-調味亦很輕怡............所以我食咗幾啖都唔食
8) crepes suzette (hk$70)
-呢個喺我好心儀嘅甜品..........可提供嘅餐廳唔多...........煮得好食更難
-所以我見到1定會叫
-不過佢嘅pancake相對厚身,亦焗到腍晒,有1pat粉嘅感覺,亦無牛油香
-香濃橙味就頗對辦
-同上次喺中環french windxxx真人即場煮嘅差好遠
9) hot mango souffle (hk$60)
-焗得鬆身又高,裡面亦夠濕度
-甜味唔算好強,只喺唔多有芒果味啫
10) warm chocolate pudding w/vanilla ice cream (hk$60)
-呢個喺3個甜品中相對好的
-朱古力味香濃,中間嘅lava狀流動性ok (可能最遲食呢個,熱力唔多唔少流失咗d)
-伴以1球雪糕
-不錯
11) fiji水
-睇番張單............反而呢枝fiji distill water又無收$$$$喎

1) 多謝友人請食飯
2) 呢度嘅選址都no gd.........英光大廈已好耐歷史.............所以架lift又殘又細又慢...........大堂環境認真麻麻
3) 餐廳坐位排得密同迫..............因為燈光昏暗...........我d機仔當然影得唔好...........sorry成批相都唔sharp...........整體食物水準比想像中低...........但收費1d都唔低~~~~
