introduction
- it is an easy cooked home dish............but mushroom easily releases water when pan frying
main ingredients
- white button mushroom
- red onion
- garlic
- shallot
- salt
- black pepper
steps
1. clean the surface of the mushroom by a kitchen paper.............but not wash it (stay away from water)
2. cut mushroom into wedges (not too small).............thinly slice red onion, dice shallot, garlic
5. when you smell all the aroma...........mushroom shrinks a bit and soft.............time to season by little bit of salt and black pepper
taste
-by staying the entire pan fry in high heat.............there really no water releases from the mushroom
-very rich mushroom taste
-i am quite satisfy with this attempt...............so as my 2 friends
