take 2 - butter lobster tail

introduction
- it is an easy cooked dish

main ingredients
- lobster tail
- salt
- butter

steps
1. defrost lobster tail (coz mine is frozen stuff)...........the correct way of defrosting frozen seafood is to take to room temperature and quickly wash by water............then leave it on a drainer so that water drips out without soaking the seafood

2. trim off the shape edges from 2 sides of lobster body

3. cut lobster tail into half.............splash water to clean the meat to ensure no bits of shell left (not emerge into water to clean coz it will wash away the ocean flavor of lobster)

4. use kitchen paper to absorb extra water content............keep lobster meat dry

5. preheat oven at 180°c

6. only season (salt + butter) the lobster tail before putting into the oven

7. put in 2nd top level............switch to top/bottom heating mode for 15'30"

8. use remaining butter + lobster juice on foil to spread over lobster meat


taste
-pair with pan fried mushroom
-lobster meat oceanic sweet..........soft, firm with little bouncy texture...........rich butter fragrance
*this lobster meat from costco is of top quality
-i am quite satisfy with this attempt...............so as my 2 friends


areas of improvement
-shorten oven time to 13'30"
