呢間喺akrame group嘅平版........aug 1, 2015 (sat)...............3人嚟lunch............叫咗 :

1) bread (免費)
-麵包外脆內軟,可惜已涼
-最特別嗰個pepper oil.........第1次食............有溫和黑椒味...........interesting

2) ice coffee (hk$58)
-友人要叫杯回魂啡............不過佢話希,唔夠味...........唔得

3) langues d'oiseaux (hk$138)
-risotto, beetroot, smoked haddock
-我對beetroot嘅產品好有興趣..........叫嚟試吓
-份量唔多...........味道ok
-不過個飯就軟身咗 (又未喺諗).........完全無al dente

4) black angus flank (hk$298)
-要求最盡medium...........佢同我clarify咩意思
-我話唔好熟過medium.........所以佢即刻建議medium rare
-表面煎得幾brown..........裡面真喺ok生.........血水中度.........幸好入到口無如蕪飲血feel
-表面seasoning (鹽,pepper)足夠...........唔只靠原味
-有肉質........亦帶chewy............略嫌有筋

5) gratin dauphinois (included)
-unlimited supply
-每個main都可以無限量refill薯仔sides
-呢個喺薄薯片,混有cream sauce先拎去焗............又喺勁browning
-總共有5款薯仔sides.........我哋叫咗3款..........1致覺得呢個最好味..........外乾內濕..........又有cream味.........比其他2款味道豐富
-而且我哋叫嘅3個main都喺乾煎,無sauce無汁.........所以配呢個濕濕哋會夾d

6) green salad (included)
-unlimited supply
-好fresh嘅green,簡單撈咗橄欖油同醋..........開胃的
-refill咗1/4兜

7) pommes dauphines (included)
-unlimited supply
-侍應推介咗3款薯仔sides........薯波喺其中1款
-炸到皮薄,唔油
-不過味道上平淡咗d

8) pommes darphin (included)
-unlimited supply
-呢個薯磚嘅味道都有性格...........因為+咗blue cheese........喺輕手..........所以blue cheese味道唔濃烈.......易接受的

9) duck breast (hk$298)
-表面煎得好靚呀
-皮微脆,脂肪少
-肉嘅粉紅見証無overcook
-禽味中等
-不過我唔多like個肉質.........腍得嚟無咗肉嘅結構..........比較少食到鴨肉喺呢個質地

10) iberian pork rib (hk$298)
-我平時好少會叫豬..........不過呢個都喺侍應嘅推介............所以我跟
-呢個喺3款之中.....表面入口喺食到嗰種薄脆..........好難得........好少食到煎到呢個境界
-食到呢個main..........我可以肯定個chef嘅煎功10分了得..........每樣肉出嚟都browning 10足.......顏色好靚
-佢嘅調味點到即止.......肉厚又鬆...........肉味小濃.........但就無嗰種討厭嘅so味
-我哋1致認為呢個喺3個main當中最出色...........真喺估佢唔到.........無嘢要挑剔

11) custard/ vanilla ice cream (hk$68)
-又到甜品時間........侍應好有心機逐款介紹
-呢個佢介紹到幾吸引.......話佢個vanilla比較特別..........唔記得點樣homemade法........總之出嚟嘅顏色喺帶啡
-不過個cake同雪糕有種難以形容嘅氣味..........比較近磅似藥油味
-個雪糕甜度低
-個蛋糕嘅pastry底喺帶un.........唔易用"羮"cut開
-sorry.........我真喺唔識欣賞呢個甜品.......不過唔想side嘢..........只食剩咗個底

12) caramel profitoclaire/ chocolate tonka (hk$68)
-profiterole同eclair都喺我好like嘅甜品........所以我點會唔叫呢個鴉!
-中間嘅caramel雪糕溶得快呀......有少少caramel味.........同樣甜度低
-個choux pastry帶微挺
-味道喺正路.........如可以甜番些少,我會enjoy多d
