1) glass set macaron - 6 pcs (hk$160)
-因為個玻璃盒好vintage look............所以我忍唔住買咗glass set
i) osmanthus water chestnut macaron
-個shell比較乾脆...........moist度頗低
-桂花味亦弱
ii) coconut candy macaron
-呢個shell好少少...........moist度好d
-味道好甄沾記
iii) chinese empanda macaron
-呢個中式油角味道............喺resemble角仔嘅花生芝麻味
-所以覺得幾interesting.............都幾神似
iv) sichuan pepper raspberry white chocolate macaron
-川椒味10分隱約
v) ferrero rocher
-nutty favor咁囉
-好奇呢個又會resemble蘿蔔糕嘅咩味道
-原來臘味嘅油香味.............都幾出
2) hong kong milk tea tart (hk$38)
-呢個喺2月份嘅產品............宜家已經無出
-個pastry crust鬆,唔實
-個港式奶茶味好rich/實在
-甜度對我ok

-呢個都好阿華田味,真喺似成羮阿華田粉放入口

-今次買咗box set同食友share
i) ginger vinegar macaron
-上次呢個薑醋味sold out.............所以要補買
-喺醋味混有薑味.............因為中式薑醋都唔喺我杯茶.........所以佢嘅macaron都唔喺我嘅favorite.........只喺叫做體驗過
-個texture明顯對辦過上次好多好多
-食友問我上次幾時買.............我話農歷年30嗰日.............佢即時陰陰嘴笑 "gd day ar"............我就意識到上次唔喺即日貨.............唔知放咗幾多日
-今次呢批店員話喺今朝做的
ii) mandarin macaron
-呢個味上次都sold out.............所以要補買
-正路citrus favor咁囉
-同樣texture明顯對辦過上次好多好多............所以日後我再買嘅話............我都會問清楚喺即日貨先買
5) osmanthus chiffon cake (hk$28)
-外型似紙包蛋糕
-鬆,濕度都ok的
-微細粒狀嘅喺桂花碎.............食正會散出微微嘅桂花味............味道喺light..........所以最好飲啖水清清味蕾先食至會食到桂花味
6) fresh fruit fromage blanc with granola (hk$38)
-上次見到d小樽仔已好想買...........第3次嚟有呢隻新味
-喺鮮果on top fromage blanc
-google過............fromage blanc喺"made from bacteria working at low temperatures and with a bit of rennet added (included in our Fromage Blanc cultures). The milk for this never goes above body temperature so it is great for folks wanting to retain the good things from raw milk"
-味道有點似乳酪
-新鮮生果有奇異果粒, 提子粒,菠蘿粒等
-其實我覺得granola落少少就已經夠,落晒1包就太迫.............都唔夠位撈均佢
-食完唔飽唔膩...........健康
7) yuzu coconut choux (hk$38)
-因為喺choux pastry.........所以我忍唔住又買
-不過椰子柚子我覺得味道夾埋not my liking
8) mini glazed rosemary madeleines (hk$48)
-本我都揀咗包brown butter pistachio financier............不過同店員吹水............佢話呢隻又gd............我話 "咁點呀,呢隻又好............點攪呀?"...........於是佢醒起有tester可比我試食...............我都唔貪心...........叫佢2款各切1/2件比我食就得..............1試之後.........我即刻變節
-因為呢個喺lemon flavor sugar glazed............所以外表有薄脆口感,甜微酸
-裡面就真喺幾pleasant嘅herbs味.............之後吐出嘅胃氣,都滿有呢種herbs味...........好everlasting...........hahaha
-坊間真喺好少見呢個combination嘅madeleines............creative, interesting n flavorful
後記
1) 店內環境............灣仔只有macaron+drink..............中環就多好多pastry,甜品...........但只能take away
2) 我有叫女店員教我讀jouer..........喺法文,解"to play"................代表佢嘅出品好有玩味
**3) dec 20, 2016 update : 嗰日行經灣仔店嚟............見有我鍾意嘅rosemary madeleine............有1 jar homemade caramel honey...............又喺xmas packing............hk$xx.............所以買.............點知唔喺rosemary味.............只喺原味............個glaze淋咗............都唔帶脆................jar caramel honey其實dominate by honey味.............:(
