第1次嚟喺因為個皇帝餅..............第2次嚟喺因為第1次見到個更吸引嘅dish..........jan 17 (sat) & feb 7 (sat), 15..............共食咗 :

1) set lunch x 2 (@hk$130)
-喺soho區,個set lunch$130有埋飲品,無+1.............真喺超抵.............仲可以揀wine...........更+少見

i) drinks x 2
-1就座就會放低樽水同杯比你
-我當然揀咗白酒 (可選紅酒),友人揀breakfast tea
-白酒都ok的

ii) snails bouchees + beetroot risotto
-都等咗幾耐吓 (因為全餐廳得1個女chef),無諗過1塊石板上晒..........賣相好精緻.........份量不多
-寫blog時先google bouchees喺指"a small patty shell usually containing a creamed filling"
-個snail嘅殼真喺幾crust.......裡面soft..........沒有什麼明顯嘅味道..........但texture是有的
-totoholic (tomato addicted)嘅我諗住1床都喺嘅番茄醬會喺慣性茄醬嘅味道..............sorry,原來喺充滿超香甜嘅蜜糖味.........真喺surprise..........不過就令呢個dish甜咗少少........蓋過咗番茄嘅酸味
-個bread toast好脆........比我用嚟dip個蜜糖番茄醬食
-shocking pink嘅risotto顏色好鮮艷,仲有sprout同黃絲............risotto內有溶掉咗嘅芝士..........所以匹起有少少起絲效果..........調味剛好.........個飯帶少少韌........v gd risotto
-初時諗住份量咁少............會唔夠飽...........因為有芝士,所以都fill up到你個胃

iii) green bean soup + tuna & bulgur with vanilla sauce
-我就試咗友人少少湯同1片tuna+bulgur
-個湯都幾豆味架.........i like it因我鍾意食豆
-回家先google bulgur..........."cereal food made from the groats of several different wheat species, most often from durum wheat".........味道上會比起risotto淡些少

2) galette des rois (hk$80)
-好多年前,喺元朗嘅唯1法國餐廳認識咗皇帝餅..........先知1月6日法國先有嘅甜品..........之後就1試鍾情
-喺香港可以食到galette des rois嘅地方不多............而且就算offer都喺只得1月...........我都只喺食過幾次咁大把.................喺fb見人post呢度仲只供應2 weeks添...........於是要急急嚟
-雖然大家都有點飽..........但我喺沖住呢個甜品而嚟...........我會take up食多d
-外皮焗到好brown,帶脆,咬下已鬆開..........個餡有點似中式奶皇餡..........只喺餅底有點點實,無個面咁鬆化
-暫時食過最好美味嘅皇帝餅喺中環pixxxx............impeccable

3) 2004 you are so happy 125ml (hk$90)
-chenin blanc | christian chaussard, loire
-屬於bubbles & champagne
-試咗少少...........酸度高過melonix

4) 2013 melonix 500ml (hk$260)
-melon de bourgogne | jo landron, muscadet
-waiter推介呢個配我哋叫咗嘅mont d'or............話味道會比較dry...........仲好generous比咗1 pat我試飲..........咁又唔喺真喺好dry........只喺唔fruity啫
-佢有offer carafe size ie 500ml (glass 150ml; bottle 750ml)

5) mont d'or (hk$590)
-我第2次嚟就喺為咗佢...........上次見後面張枱叫...........佢隻spoon插入個cheese度,竟然溶到喺1籃子cheese soup..........marvellous.........問過店員,喺佢哋嘅signature............menu上無寫..........只寫於bar枱後嘅黑板上..........店員對芝士嘅講解如下
-佢類似1個芝士火鍋.............用嘅喺camembert type (mild的芝士味)...........specially可oven bake得的
-上面再top with garlic同white wine
-芝士嘅面變得很乾薄...........要趁熱食,始終無火喺下面hing住.........芝士入口有少少鹹...........gd.........."so"味很很mild
-可蘸麵包,薯仔(薯味濃),cold cut(鹹味唔重,有油香)食.............or a mix of combinations........都好好食
-呢個無想像中咁膩..............所以之後我哋3個人可以掃3個甜品

6) pain perdu (hk$80)
-食友問佢哋嘅french toast有幾french..........店員話very french............hahaha..............因為用嘅喺brioche..........呢款麵包已+有牛油嚟焗
-外面嘅sugar溶掉後,形成了1個薄脆嘅coating...........sweet n crust
-入口還暖熱,玉桂味好溫和,輕手
-好味

7) mini tatin pie with isigny cream & salted butter caramel (hk$65)
-呢個喺當日嘅甜品
-雖然蘋果批唔喺我朋友............都可以試吓佢有幾唔同
-果肉沒有腍晒,帶少少微爽口,玉桂味輕手
-ok的
-個butter caramel嘅焦糖味太輕手...........唔多覺salted

8) creme brulee matcha tea & financier (hk$80)
-試埋呢個甜品............因為有綠茶同financier
-先試個financier...........暖熱,無諗過個外表有種crunchiness coating............裡面喺有d茶葉的..........鬆但帶少少乾..............同平時食到嘅financier,佢無咁moist同無明顯嘅杏仁粉
-個creme brulee雖然綠茶味唔喺濃,但texture喺gd quality嘅少少runny custard狀

3) 我2次都喺嚟lunch..........最好喺12:30pm前嚟到先唔洗坐bar枱...........好開心無意中發現到呢個好french嘅bistro.........1間hidden gem..........賣相decent............味道很好.............煮得有heart...........環境都好casual, cozy..............nice n warm service

4) 呢度上菜會比較慢因為只得1人在煮...........不過值得等
