aug 10, 2022 (wed).............make a 2nd attempt to cook a very quick dinner with short preparation time
introduction
- it is a very easy to cook western dish
main ingredients
- salmon fillet
- potatoes
- black pepper
steps
1. boil the potatoes until soft
2. in order to ease cleaning of oven tray..............place a piece of foil at the bottom (this time i do not grease the foil with butter coz i dun eat fish skin)
3. place salmon on foil.............seasoned with some salt (sea salt & seaweed) and black pepper
4. add around soft cooked potatoes..............this time i sprinkle the potatoes with salt and rosemary
5. put in the oven, temp ~150 degree.................~7 mins + 10 mins stay (switch oven to off mode ie 0 degree and no heat)
6. donetaste
-the salmon fillet this time has less oceanic taste, not sure if i change to another salt (sea salt & seaweed) or less salt than last time

-meat much tender and juicy than last time
areas of improvement
-buy previous salmon fillet brand
-use the same salt (sea salt with sea weed) and amount as this time to do the test again
-next time try 6 mins oven time
