introduction
- it is kind of premium dish because dried scallop can be expensive (depend on country of origin, grading and size)
main ingredients
- chinese leaf
- dried scallop (from japan) <-- may not be so easy to find here
- oyster sauce (but tonight i skip it coz want something light seasoning)
- salt
steps
1. soak 2 dried scallop in hot water until soft (will take few hours)
2. slices dried scallop by hand
4. stir fry in high heat
5. add in the shredded dried scallop together with the soak water
6. cover the lid ~2 mins (sorry, i dun have a fit sized lid lol)........later add oyster sauce (i skip it this time) + touch of salt.............cook till chinese leaf turn soft
7. done, platingtaste
-dried scallop is sweet............overall taste light coz on purpose does not add oyster sauce

areas of improvement
-next time go back to original seasoning with oyster sauce
