*good choux pastry desserts, thin and soft (not soggy) with immense cream filling.............not sweet............the white chocolate thin curl shaving gives little texture and sweetness..............the chocolate mouse at the bottom is very rich............drizzled with chocolate sauce on top brings extra layer of flavor
