apr 6, 2018 (fri)...............有機會出街辦公事................原來諗住去根記食齋 (都好耐無去)...................行到集成附近時................突然諗起前排食友喺fb post嘅越南粉.............話個湯底比brass spoon好..............所以改變計劃.................我決定今餐破戒………………叫咗 :
1) 特式牛湯粉 - l (hk$108)
-我比咗食友碗粉張相店員睇................問佢呢碗喺邊隻粉
-佢話唔喺lunch menu度..............轉頭攞咗個a la carte menu...........指住喺特式牛湯粉
-佢嘅湯粉1般都有4個size - regular, large, xl, xxl
-但特式牛湯粉就無regular呢個size............最細都要叫large
-所以我唯有叫large啦................但就-少d粉
-粉有河粉同金邊粉揀..............我問店員越南喺食咩粉................佢話金邊粉................咁就金邊粉啦
-先來兜新鮮香草...............佢本menu有介紹每種香草...............可惜實際上枱嘅都無鵝蒂..............又無芫茜
-碗粉嚟到...............同枱嘅2個女仔望到我碗粉話好大.............好擔心佢哋碗粉都咁大兜
-餸料有生牛肉片, 牛坑腩片, 牛腩邊, 手打牛肉丸, 牛栢葉, 牛筋
-先飲湯底................溫度只喺少熱............呢點同我以前食brass spoon有段距離.............但呢個熱度肯定唔會將生牛肉片浸老...............味道清甜自然...........又唔喺話好濃..............唔commercial
-佢個金邊粉嘅texture我最like..............佢雖然無brass spoon嗰種咁滑.............但我prefer有質感多過滑............佢帶少彈同挺身.............so far我喺幾年前去巴黎嘅pho banh cuon14先食到.................香港嘅越南舖少煮成咁
- 佢嘅生牛肉片嫩滑...............牛腩邊鬆滑嫩,有牛味...........牛栢葉同牛丸都有溫和嘅牛味
-牛筋有切薄片,亦有1舊嘅..............好腍滑
-唯獨個牛坑腩片就既粗鞋又un
-因為我今日超級餓底................又叫少咗粉.................所以勉強食得晒...............無浪費
-喺1碗唔錯嘅越南粉..............如果個湯溫度可以提升番...............就perfect喇
